A-Ranked Mission Board
This type of mission is the most dangerous. Ninjas ranked Jounin or higher are usually assigned to these missions. Very often, if things are very bad you will see a Kage participating. Generally you will not find a ninja of lower rank than Jounin in these types of missions unless it is absolutely necessary. Rank A missions are extremely dangerous and usually there is a death or severe injury as a result of it.

The last place to post is at the gates, leaving to the country. You are to post at each area in the country. If you find a shinobi who is an enemy, scare them off or fight them. If it results in a fight, this counts as two A rank missions

Turpis had led Tomiji from the library back to the village. The backpack that rested upon his back was rather light all things considered. Then again he could not call himself a Kage in earnest if he could not carry a knapsack a couple hundred yards. The two were currently on the outskirts of the village, far from where the destruction had taken place. The collateral in these parts were aesthetic at worst. Of course for one who valued aesthetics almost as highly as substance, this was a practical insult. If he, a native of the village, could see the poor state that his village was in there was no doubt that any visitors to the village would be able to see the same. For a moment the Mizukage almost felt the shogun's threat to be justified. As the village's political and military leader it was his responsibility to make sure that this very scenario did not occur. Having failed that, it was only right that he rectify the situation. He carried on in silence, the only sound heard the crunch of dirt beneath his sandals.
He made his way to a towering wooden board, littered with potential missions that were needed by the villagers of the Mist. The majority were small time missions. Finding Kittens, cleaning up a mess. While they provided a stable training opportunity, they would not bring in the currency that the village so desperately needed. No, as his eyes darted to and fro they searched for more lucrative opportunities. Missions that carried a higher risk, but certainly a higher payout as well. His gaze passed over several rows of the nailed sheets of paper before his efforts were finally rewarded with a particularly tattered sheet that contained choice vocabulary. Bandits, stolen, merchandise, reward; these were al words that the notice contained and seemed promising enough for further inspection. Turpis snatched the paper from the board and read it thoroughly. If the information was correct, a group of approximately fifty bandits succeeded in shanghaiing a shipment of weaponry that was destined for the hidden mist. Blades, kunai, and bomb tags were all reportedly stolen by the group and they were last seen traveling towards the wilderness of the Water country.
Turpis looked back at Tomiji and made some considerations. He was certainly physically adept at combat, but Turpis would have to evaluate his style when under pressure. This mission would provide the perfect opportunity to do just that. Finally he turned away from the board and handed Tomiji the sheet of paper. "Look over the details and commit them to memory. This is your primary mission." He walked past the male and made his way towards the city gates. Already his mind was buzzing as the possibility of violence loomed. There was something about the kill that seemed to bring out another side to the generally level headed Turpis. If Tomiji was lucky, he may even find himself witness to why his Mizukage was dubbed the name "The Pianist"
(Custom Mission: Retrieve the Stolen Shipment Requirements: Find the bandit camp(3 post minimum) Battle the bandits(Ideally played by a crew member) Return the stolen supplies.(5 post minimum)
Tomiji took the sheet and read over the details of the mission. It seemed very vague but afforded a chance one rarely experienced. A life or death fight. He stuffed the small slip of paper in his pocket, adjusted the heavy pack on his back and set off after Turpis towards the gates of the village, his mind racing with possibilities and what the future would hold for him.
xxxxxxx Ieyasu had approached the mission board intent on earning some cash before preparing for what he imagined to be an extended duration of training. After all, he knew that if he wanted to be able to back the power that he claimed to possess, he would have to have the power to do so. He took on the missions titled Walk a Pet as well as Trash Collection. Both of which just happened to be located in the same place. Two birds with one stone, as they say. The mission board had stated these missions would be performed inside the Kiri Marketplace.
UNTAPPED POWER The ninjutsu class has the ability to fully nullify one incoming jutsu, once per battle. This is similar to the Rinnegan's heavenly seal absorption, but instead they use their control over the elements to disassemble any one technique.
This can only be done on techniques up to one rank higher. It can only be done on chakra that is nearby.
