The domo emote became copyrighted by US laws once it came over here to the US. They were fine using it while it was only in Japan, but now they can't use it without paying royalties, and, of course, Gaia won't do that.

He's part of the Tektek Tookbar. x3 You type in : domoking : without the spaces, and he should show up. At least he does for me!
