It would be an absolutely horrible buisness move. The WWE re-uniting would mean the titles have to get re-united. You can only have one top dog. It would also push alot of people like Kurt Angle and HBK down to mid-card status so we can constantly have Cena VS Batista. Plus a LOT of places in the US do not get UPN so WWE would lose alot of viewers as people would not be able to tune in each week. We went a few years with the two brands not competeing. So far its only happened a few times each year. I say keep it that way. Two Brands = More superstars, more storylines, more performers in general.
Re-uniting them = More superstars layed off (We can only have so many jobbers), less storylines, more spotlight deserving superstars pushed down a notch.
3nodding i'd have to agree with him. if the 2 brands reunite, then there will be less viewers, a lot less superstars and less storylines and titles. i rather not have the titles re-unite nor lose a lot of wrestlers potential.
besides, shane will become the new gm of raw as vince stated last week. if not, it will be someone who vince thinks can handle it.
you all post interesting points, but you must notice this... whoever does not want to go to war is gay..{family guy humor}
kay back to the subject.. mixing the brands together has its ups and downs..
hey jeckal theres something called velocity and heat you know...
okay back to where i was..
Ups
- It could make up for the loses in one year
- They ratings could go up
- Possibly better Story Lines
- and also if they cant watch upn, watch velocity{if it comes back to tv}.
Downs
-More talent would Job
-Only one main event title
wait one minute,........ they should mix the brands.. why? becuase then other supertars can be on that show and have a better chance at a title. for example .. say Kurt Angle is IC and defeats Tyson Tomoko on raw.. and then since the brands are combined in one, tyson can go to sd and face the us champ chris beniot.. and wins, so everyones happy if the brands mix, some people wont, but thats the price you pay if your with the wwe i guess.
