For marching band I'm playing trumpet, but for concert band I'm playing french horn (sorta I just began playing it so I suck).

Marching band: clarinet
Concert band: Bass claarinet
Concert bandII: Contrabass
Jazz: Trumpet

Im gonna audition for the Hawaii youth symphony next year too...
They dont allow any form of bass clarinet, debating whether to audition on clarinet or trumpet.
or tenor (havent touched that since 2 years ago crying )

Well, kinda like this...
In 6th grade I played tuba but I didn't like it so I switched to flute. Stayed Flute until 7th where I quit band for an elective that i hated. Went back into band as a Percussionist in the 2nd Semester and I'm still playing it with pride :3

I was a flute/piccolo player all around until last year when I started playing the tenor sax in marching band. Now I only play the flute in symphonic band, and I'm never playing it in marching band again.

I play clarinet in marching band, it might be my last year if my BD lets me switch to Drumline.

But for concert I switched to oboe this year! biggrin
