Ashamed to say I used to be a fan.
However, I had this MASSIVE course of actual GOOD vampire fiction. So the following is my suggestion to get her back to decent vampires. Sending things you may find in movie format
Moonlight (TV show. They go out on moonlight but do not sparkle)
TrueBlood (TV Show)/(These vampires go out, but can become Crispy Critters)
Blade-(Movies. Just. Because. Kick @$$ vampire and hybrid.)
Buffy the Vampire Slayer (TV Show. Almost Traditional)
Anne Rice, interview with a Vampire (Movie is fine)
And finally, Bram Stoker's Dracula (Movie has quite a few. I suggest Oldman or Langella versions)
If that fails tell her about how Breaking Dawn went. Scares most moderates off. If that doesn't work...
Call a priest. I suggest Father Lankester Merrin.

I think Hellsing and Vampire Hunter D:Bloodlust would be good additions to that list. 3nodding
