 Aki groaned impatiently at the reactions he got. Two out of three of the genin demanded more information, while the third decided it was a good time to pack her things, maybe put on a spot of tea and sit around. What part of "Leave now if you want to live" did they not understand? "Let's just say death grew legs and started walking. Do you want to live, or stick around and play host? Your sensei isn't coming. If he knew what was going on, he'd be the one telling you to get back to town. Sadly, he's as clueless as all of you. Most people around here are, I'm just unlucky enough to have seen it before." With all that said, Aki simply started walking, quickly, into the forest. If they were smart, they would follow. If not, he'd warned them, but he wasn't going to stick around and die for their stupidity. Ash had, if he guessed right, gone straight towards the horde. He was one of the few jounin unaware of the Hokage's little experiment. Most jounin knew, but below that they generally tried to keep it covered up. Aki was just unlucky enough to have run into them on a mission a few months back himself. Out of the clearing, he struck a roundabout path towards the village. He wasn't sure where the creatures were coming from, but they were between him and the village, which meant he needed to get around them somehow.

 Zaku Akatori - Genin - Assassin - Chakra 25/25Upon seeing Cryshall grab stuff from the camp, Zaku went over and grabbed stuff that seemed important. There was no point in keeping the camping gear, so he left it as is. Although Aki didn't really explain what he saw, he felt there was no point in sitting around here to find out. "Well, if its as bad as you make it seem, then we'll just have to believe you". Zaku said as he followed behind Aki. Strength: D

Zin Naga Naga 'Demi-Prince' - 'Nin' - Naga Clan Head - Taijutsu Master - Legend of Shuntensatsu At first Zin wanted to have fun. See people die, watch them as they are torn apart as he'd nibble his gummi's. Bring himself one step closer to his main goal. But things were pissing the already "easy-to-piss-off" child, off even more than usual! Ash didn't really bother him as much, as Zin would give a wicked little smile, "I'd stay in the tree's if I were you. My pet's haven't learned to play nice with others yet. I'd hate to see you go bai bai. We haven't even played catch yet!" Zin said cutely giggling as the Tank roared again with a sound that made the tree's shake. Slamming it's mutated fists upon the ground before calming, as Zin patted it's veined, bald head with his tiny hand, "Awww... He wants to kill something... Now where were yo-" Zin began to say as the child noticed Nagi and Hitan looking at the back of the horde focusing. Hushing himself Zin began to hear the prowling growls of the Hunters. It seemed like they were locked onto some target but for some reason they couldn't get their meal. "Cao Cao!" Zin yelled out as from the horde, the most human of the "human" creatures took to Zin's side. He looked, almost like a deceased shinobi would, but with less decay to the flesh and seemed to have all of his cognitive powers. "Tell me... What are the Hunters so aroused? Why do they not kill?" Zin asked softy, as Cao Cao nodded and departed from Zin to the back of the horde, "So... Ash... Why are you here? I have no one to pester in the village so I decided to have some fun!" Zin said flicking out his serpent tongue between those twin sets of lethal fangs.
There would be a little chatting before Cao Cao returned and came back upon his knee, "Um... Zin-sama... I..." Zin looked over to Cao Cao with a fake smile as if bad news would possibly be the death of him. But his natural instincts didn't feel Zin's usually permeating his very being with a, "There was a foreign shinobi that they were smelling. His scent is not familiar to those of the Fire Country... And he ran off not long ago. Shall we pursue?"
A spy in his village or just an unfortunate shinobi that made a wrong turn? Debating it, Zin decided that they are to be taken down. He can't have his little secret put out into the world. Not yet. There was far too much that had to be done and having his foot hold in power cannot be stripped from him just yet. Looking up to Ashlan with playful eyes, the serpent prince hissed, "Ash... There's a person that's not playing fair! They went and spied on us and then ran before Zin can play... Can you go back and get them so I can play? I think "Ring-Around-The-Rosies" seems like an extra fun game!" Zin pipped brightly as his tiny feet bounced upon the flesh of the Tank's shoulder. Despite the cuteness of the scene, if anyone knows the true meaning of that song, Zin had anything but childish games to play with the captive. "I will allow you to have them and..." Zin said pointing to the Hunter's who actually caught the scent in the first place, "Also... Cao Cao. I want you to control the Hunters as Ashlan takes after my friend that ran away. He needs to stay for the limbotomy! Hehe I might even do it blind folded!" Zin pipped delightfully. He looked up to Ash with cute evil glee, "You go now?" [Edited]

Ash's eyes seemed to be everywhere at once while still keeping a secure location on his Kage. Ash had crouched, prepared to launch himself towards his Kage's position when the much younger male's voice reached him and warned him otherwise. Biting down on his lower lip, Ashllyn could feel the coppery taste seep across his tongue before he swallowed it down. He watched in both awe and horror as the being beneath him writhed and roared. It wasn't just the sight of them that unnerved him, it was his Kage's complacency within the mass that did the most damage. Where these people infected with some disease? He hadn't realized it before, but he had already completed the seals to perform a simple but extremely efficient poison resistance jutsu. If whatever this was happened to be air-born, then it was probably too late, but this Jutsu would save him for the time being if he hadn't been infected already. His eyes continued to take in the look of wounds and decaying flesh and started going over the vast list of herbal and food related poisons they could have contracted, but so far nothing seemed to fit with the symptoms these beings were showing him.
The whispering between this 'Cow cow' and his Kage was beyond his hearing due to the crowd they were within, but the child's laughter was something he caught onto immediately. As soon as the large beast was down, the others didn't even wait a moment before launching at it. So there was cannibalistic desires entwined in this poison as well. He had missed whatever Zin was talking about as he had his mini temper tantrum on the ground, but looked over to him with a bemused expression as though he just realized Zin was even in the area. Had he asked about Konoha's security system? Not that he remembered. Did he care? All he knew was he had an intense desire to capture, sedate and dissect the creatures below him. It all cleared from his mind as soon as he heard the village could possibly be in danger. Standing, still up in the tree, his baby pink eyes looked down upon the kage as though their roles and ranks were reversed. His face showed nothing but seriousness and he listened and drank in every word the boy released.
Alive was something Ash specialized in. It would have been a lot easier if he had his specialized poisons with him, but unfortunately he had left them at the hospital since he had to get out in a hurry. Not only that, but he was with a few Genin, and didn't see a point in bringing them. He silently cursed himself for being as unprepared as he was. Never-the-less, his personal arsenal of Jutsu were created to bring down an enemy without killing them. He looked at the things his Kage was going to send with him and thought of the fact they picked up the scent of whoever it was that running through their country's borders. He had no idea who this person was that Zin was after,and it would definitely put a crick in his amazing 'tracking' abilities. Good thing he was getting some blood hound...things to take along on the ride. Oh, and of course 'Cow'boy. Figuring his Kage would soon be leaving Ash put on his usual devil-may-care smirk. "I get it, I get it. It would be nice if I had a name and- you know - knew what this guy looks like. I don't suppose you have any pictures of you two at one of your little tea-parties? It seems you have plenty of other guests and you're all ready for one in your little dress. Oh, and uh, I can come down now right? Standing in trees definitely makes for cool poses, but it's not all that great when you need to take a leak."
Ash stabbed his fingers through his long dark hair as he looked down at the pool of living dead below him. It was nice to get a mission he'd actually be able to take seriously, but he wasn't up for being zombie chow two seconds after getting it. Speaking of zombies, he still had that one show to watch when he got home. Hopefully this mission wouldn't take too long and he could hop on his couch and catch it in time. It was his favorite show on so far...except for the adult only ones that came on way later. He couldn't rightly think of those now though or he'd make a very interesting spectacle of himself in front of his pint-sized Kage who probably didn't even know what a pubic hair was much less where it would sprout in the next few years on himself.

We're currently waiting on all three of you guys. Primarily Mint and Claire. I know you're getting tired of this "Arc", but it still falls to you to end it, and the sooner you post, the sooner we can wrap it up.
Mint: Having heard it from both Apple and Luo, I'm well aware of your displeasure with the time this is taking, as well as your implied intention of delaying your posts in protest. I don't know if that is why this has sat for almost a week, and on your turn for six days, but if it is, I'm only going to ask you this once to stop stalling. If it's not, consider that a preventative. I know you blame me in some way for the time this is taking, mistaken as that belief may be. However, it is not me you are "Punishing" by delaying. I have two other RPCs I can and have run, and plenty of opportunity to start up another NPC elsewhere for others. Greg has the same, minus one RPC. Claire and Adal however, only have their RPCs that are in this scene. By delaying, you lock them into a scene that isn't going anywhere, while those you seek to punish face no repercussions, because these aren't our RPCs. And all that ignoring the fact that many of the longest delays this scene has faced were your own delayed posts.
So, again, if you are enacting your "Threat" of delaying your posts to punish Greg and myself in some way, stop. You're only hurting yourself and your teammates. With everyone's cooperation, and assuming Zin's minions hopefully don't attack, this should be wrapped up in a couple more rounds, which should only take a few days with everyone active at the most.

Sypher didn't waste anytime with positioning his bag in his arms since the strap was cut, he wasn't going to wait for Cryshal if she didn't get moving too. He started to follow Aki and Zaku, not nearly going as fast as them but it helped him run if he thought about what kind of danger was behind them.

Panthers7 Zin Naga Naga 'Demi-Prince' - 'Nin' - Naga Clan Head - Taijutsu Master - Legend of Shuntensatsu Zin hissed and fussed. To think he allowed him into his borders only to be betrayed. Infidel! Hearing Ash requiring more information almost made the Naga child have a venomous and snappy retort but decided that that information is indeed prudent. "His name is Yamatano Hatake. As of his heritage, he has silver hair and is of the Mist Village. He also is known to utilize Henge Jutsu so be careful. Also Yamatano is smart. He is not one to go down easily." Zin said, knowing that if Yamatano trained as much as he had since their battle in the Chuunin Exams, he is still quite a worthy foe. Taking him light, will be the end.
When Ash asked to go down, Zin nodded to Cao Cao who then nodded to Zin and stood before the herd, then Zin nodded to Ash, "Very well. But make haste. He does not making beyond our borders and further more, does not make it to another village. I don't want him killed, as we will eventually send him on his way. Maybe be a prisoner for sometime as I do not need nor want a war with the Mist." "Especially since I have not, or barely achieved, the true goal for Konoha. If word gets out of my spawn, he'd ruin all my hard work. Don't make me kill you Yamatono.... Zin thought before looking to Ash, "Anything else before you go. Cao cao, can inform you on the abilities of the Hunters." Usually Zin wouldn't send the his Hunters out of the village for no reason, but this was a direct threat on his village; and a threat of this, caused for higher measures of Konoha's force.

{Assassin} --- {konohagakure} --- {Genin} [ I am sooooo very sorry about delaying everyone, things have been keeping me from posting, but I have been checking back every so often. I have had every intention of posting. I was just a bit confused, and with my senior year of high school ending, its just a lot.] Cryshal put the fire out with what water they had left and rushed over to the position of the rest. "Aki, what in the world did you hear? I think we should know. If it's top secret, then forget it." She tried keeping up with them as much as she could. Though Crystal still wondered what it was that caused her sensei to run off in a hurry like that. She still was learning things about even herself, let alone the people around her.Chakra: [25|25]
