Physical Description: Ceri is around 5' 6'', a average height, with darkened skin and a average body build. His hair is a jet black with two purple streaks on the front and slightly curled. He sufferes heterochromia so one of his eyes is a green and the other is orange.

Personality: Ceri is a talkative person, very bright and idiotic from the time. He seems to always be in a good mood and seeing him in a gloomy mood is a rare sight to behold. He seems to be oblivious to some things. For some reason he can be taticle and analyzing during a fight.

Biography/History: Ceri was a oversea traveler from Wales who sailed into some bad luck. Most of his family was killed or kidnapped and killed in a recent war. He didn't have very many family survive the war. The only survivers were his older brother and twin sister. His brother's whereabouts is unknown and his sister is in Wales living a normal life. His death toke place between China and Japan on the water. There was a storm and his ship hit a reef which knocked it off balance a little and it then his a rocky craig. He fell into the water and got caught under by a sharp rocck getting lodged into his leg and keeping him under.
