So the other day my boyfriend was fingering me and I get a buzzing, sort of electric feeling in my hands, arms, and face. Maybe in other parts of my body but mostly in those areas. It felt really nice, and I felt euphoric. He said I seemed to like it the most when he touched a "bump" in me, apparently not my g spot. I think it was deeper down. He said maybe it was a nerve cluster or something, that made me feel that way? Is that even possible? I'm a little confused. Is the electric thing normal? He was a bit confused when I tried to explain it to him, lol.

Sounds normal to me. Maybe it was from increased blow flow to your genital area? I remember when I used to give an ex of mine head, and sometimes after he came he said his hands and arms would "tingle" or feel sort of numb.
As for nerve clusters, I think the most nerves are within the first inch of the vaginal entrance, so if he's touching you around that area, that might be why it was more sensitive.

My Ex told me about the same feeling but that bump is NOT a nerve cluster.
I might have an idea of what it was, but whenever I got done fingering her she said her stomach was sore, it felt good while I was doing it, she had the same feeling but from what she told me, with her stomach hurting, what I think it was, was the entrance to her Uterus, the cervix if you will.
I never really touched it the same way as I had in the past, but I would still push my fingers in that deep because she liked it razz
But yeah, tell him not to move it around, just push on it every now and then.
