Ok, lately I have thought about suicide constantly. Luckily my friends keep talking me out of it or I fall asleep, but I can't really take it. I've tried to see a doctor, but only one hospital around deals with depression and I need an adult. This is one of the main things I hope to avoid. My issues aren't centered around one specific issue, but a cluster of problems which have been bugging me for a few years now. I'm just lost and don't know where to go.

Does the hospital specifically need a parent? If not then maybe you might have a friend who is an adult age who can go with you. I personally believe that suicide is the coward's way out of their problems. There are always things that could be worse that a person could be going through. Is there a friend who you can really talk to? Maybe you can open yourself up and talk to someone and try to resolve your issues, or talk to a school counselor.

What about a youth center or a shelter that might have resources available to you as a teen without you needing a parent?

Are you trying to avoid your family finding out? I would really encourage you to let them know that you have been having these thoughts. Most families will try to help you get what you need, but you need to let them know you need help first.

@Riku: It just needs an adult, we figured I would go with my friend's mother. And yea it isn't the best way out, but I don't see any others really without me going insane. I've talked to a bunch of my friends, but my school is to big to talk to a counselor. Besides they are required to share information about that.
@Nik: We don't have one of those surprisingly. The most we have is a crappy community center.
@!na: Yea, I don't want them to get involved because they only make things worse. I told them about it once at the beginning and they laughed. They don't take me serious about this kind of stuff. And they are part of the problem.
