Need for Speed: Most Wanted (Black Edition) has a few extra features...
-2 Exclusive Cars
-Special Vinyls
-Bonus DVD
-3 Exclusive Races
-+1 Challenge in Challenge Series
-A few other things that won't come to mind
I've found all of these, but the only thing I couldn't find was the 3 Extra Races. I've beaten the full game and found one of the three races in the quick race section, but other then that, nothing. Anyone got a few ideas?

Probably try in different race type like Sprint, Speed trap,ect.
Edit: I've been digging around in the NFSUnlimited forums and haven't found anything on the 3 exclusives races.

Intriguing.
I put a question on yahoo answers and sent a question to the EA staff. Hopefully I'll get a response.
Also, as I had said earlier, I found one of them in the quick race section (more specifically, the sprints). No luck with the others, however

Well I say it's about time you upgrade and get a PS3 or 360(your choice) or upgrade your computer.

Nope. Not interested in PS3/360. Mainly because my parents won't let my relatives and I get one.
Anyway, I haven't heard from EA or yahoo about the issue yet.

That sucks, but they aren't going to release any more NFS on the PS2 anymore, Undercover was the only exception (for EA).
