Not much here in Cali, but I could take my girl out to eat on a really, really, really cheap date to like Denny's or something. Oh and those 2 for $20 deals you are seeing on TV are BS friendly FYI there.
This or get a bunch of ramen noodles. Seriously 20 bucks isn't much nowadays. It's almost like having 5 bucks back in the day.

With $20 I can... just off the top of my head go and...
Get one of those Touch Generations DS games, or
Get a Combo meal at [Insert fast food restaurant here], or
Get a crap load of stuff from the dollar store, or
Get two days worth of snacks from the local bulk food store, or
Go see a movie at the cinema with a small order of popcorn and a bottle of water, or
Pick up a used game at my local used game shop, or
Go to my local comic book store and get a new Manga, or
Get a new book (or two) from the book store, or . . . .
