Okay, so on facebook there's a group trying to get a Sonic here in CT. We always see commercials for it (including Jack-In-The-Box which we also don't have) and the page has at about 4000 fans. I joined the group because I wanna have one of those frosted treats or drinks they advertise!
We also don't have a Papa John's. And the closest of all these restaurants is either in New York or Massachusetts!
Are there any places you wish you could eat at that you don't have near you? I was told that there are no Dunkin' Donuts in the UK by someone who moved here from there.

There's a Chinese joint, a Papa John's, an Indian Joint and a really nice sushi place within driving distance (5-30 minutes) from my college. However, since I don't have a car, I wish it was all a bit closer. I miss New York sad

Sonic isn't that great. They put one in here (God knows why, they get no business in the winter) and it blocked up traffic on a relatively busy road for MONTHS after opening. Then when I finally did go there, the food was expensive and over-cooked. I've had several of their frozen treats, all of which were too sweet for me to finish (and if you know me, you'll know this is REALLY saying something.)
Anyway, we have tons of different restaurants around here. I'm within walking distance of some really good places, and I think all the waiters in three nearby restaurants recognize me, lol. There's also a street literally filled with fast food places within reasonable walking distance. It's the one Sonic is on, actually.
What's really, REALLY annoying though, is that delivery here is hard for some reason. My house is literally a block away from the street they consider the cut-off. UGH.
Oh yeah. We don't have any Dunkin' Donuts around here that I know of, and we're a relatively large city ._. We used to have a Krispy Kreme, but they went out of business.

I sometimes think good fast food depends on where you live. If you live in the ghetto it's a fact that some teen mom will give you an attitude when she asks, "Can I help you?"
