well i am simi good in energy manipulation but sadly i am not so good at thinking of something to do with the ability besides making a sort of armor and weapons. altho i cant affect physical objects anyone i touch with a weapon can feel it even if i dont tell them befor hand so i know its not sjtu in my head.
back to the point i need something new to try out anyone have a suggestion for me ?

All I do is put energy into my fists to punch, and I used to heal...
Hey you know that show DBZ well the kamehamehais based LOOSELY on and actual attack. You could try that... It was basically called lightning throwing.
BUT that has not been used since the first masters of Kung Fu. Also this is simply a legend!

Or at the very least, ensure that there are no drafts in the room and that your breathing isn't interfering with it. Also make sure static electricity isn't causing it to attract or repel from surrounding objects.

I just remembered one! Make a spinner! Take a square piece of paper and fold it horizontally, vertically and, diagonally! then take a cork and insert a pin into it so that you can place the spinner onto it. then place that on a table and put a large GLASS bowl over it! If you need more details....

If you do use a spinner a.k.a. psi wheel, you might try it sans the glass until you get the hang of it. Then put the glass over it.
Once again, take all the precautions against drafts and breathing on it until you put it under glass.
