Eh.... I don't think there are ghost. It's just your body and mind over analyzing things that you can't explain. It tends to happen more so when you are scared or hyped up about something you are more prone to believe things that aren't true.
For example.
Have you ever been inside a house at night and heard creaking or moaning sounds. And you decide it is ghost or that something is moving around inside. Well it is most likely just the house settling. During the day the house expands and warms up because of the heat from the sun but at night it cools down and contracts creating the sounds you hear.
This is why I don't believe in ghosts. Every thing has a rhyme or reason.
Yeah. That stuff freaks me out, but I don't believe it's a ghost. It's the stuff you really can't explain. I watch Ghost Hunters, and they do capture stuff which would be really hard to fake o_o
