"Well do you?" He asked her with an interested look on his face and then because he felt the need to clarify added "Think yourself good-looking I mean" and his question seemed to imply that he was genuinely interested in her answer.
"In any case it is probably suitable to assume that hile being angry comes naturally to you, being charming and somewhat vain comes naturally to me" He stated before glancing over the meadow and looking back at her with a wink "Would you like to take a walk to the watering hole with me?"

Caloki thought carefully before answering his question, it was in a way a trick question. "I suppose so." She said not wanted to say straight out that she believed she was good looking. She knew she was, but there was no point in spending every moment of each day thinking about that. Especially since there were far more important things in life to worry about.
She shook her head. "No I highly doubt being that vain can come naturally to anyone, even you." Giving him a disgusted look when he winked at her. "No I will not walk to the watering hole with you. I would prefer to stay here while you go there."

"Pity" He remarked, giving her a blatant once over "Anyone with a hide as pretty as yours ought to be quite sure of it" He continued and although he was not surprised by her veto of the watering hole idea he took pains to let a flicker of disappointment flicker over his face.
"Hmm" He considered her remarks for a few moments and then decided to just blatantly ignore her desires for them to part ways..after all she hadn't let et now had she - and that clearly had to count for something. At least to his mind. "Well if your not thirsty a polite no thank you would do"

"No thank you." She snapped, his look of disappointment didn't fool her. Alright enough of these games, she couldn't take it any longer. She stood and shook out her fur. Then looked into his eyes, a cold stare coming from hers. She wanted nothing more than to rip his throat out, too bad he was quite bigger than her and well would more than likely interpret her attack as her throwing herself at him.
"As much as I would love to continue our conversation I really just need to get as far away from you as possible." She began to walk off and turned her head to look back at him. "May your delusions keep you company tonight, for I know without them you will be alone." She set off at a run across the meadow but took one final opportunity to taunt him and yelled out. "For Caloki is a wind that cannot be tamed."

Kynon chuckled slightly as she snapped at him...but the chuckles died almost as quickly as they started hen she started to walk off. Pricking his ears at her as she made another rather nasty comment - something Kynon was beginning to think of as typical for the pretty female.
However he wasn't expecting her to run off and stared with a look of shock on his face as she suddenly took off. Huh....well, that had never happened before the purple male thought to himself and while she was still puzzling this over as he stood to wander off, he couldn't help but feel an odd sort of lingering attachment for the fiery female.
