I have to ask... but why has religion been playing into this event... I mean... Some people (Not targeting) have been shooting off stuff about God... Lucifer... and other deities... I just wonder what that would mean to an online game? I mean this event is between two demigods... So yeah... let's talk about that stare

Too many people would become angry and argue about their religous beliefs. Just too much drama for Gaia.
Sure The Overseer and the Sentinel are two demigods, but people dont relate that to religion (at least they shouldnt), because gaia doesnt tell you what religion the demigods are. They just say, BOO is good, and SIN is bad.

I'm just saying... I've been in some forums... one in the guild... the one with God's Guardians... I hope that guy was just kidding and religious fanatics aren't going to do the whole "Overseer is God and Sentinel is Satan in a temptress form" nonsense... I've just been thinking if this goes religious in it's most basic areas such as outfits... we're royal screwed...

No that has nothing to do with religon, its just someone who believes in good. You know, the light side and the dark side?
I havent read any of the other forums, so i will take your word for it that people prolly do take this event too far into the religous direction. But rest assured, in teh BOO guild, people dont do that.

But, from the idea, it isn't even a moral battle.
From the view of the manga, it all started as a disagreement long ago about....a worm.... >.>
Even so, this isn't even a moral fight, really.
You can put as much fluffy clouds and halos in BOO but that doesn't make it holy.

You can put as much fluffy clouds and halos in BOO but that doesn't make it holy. That's a very accurate insight...except the most recent update shows us that the Overseer attained a state of peace during his imprisonment, whereas the Sentinel descended into madness, coaxed on by the King of Halloween to lead a hostile, revenge-driven apocalyptic takeover. the Overseer's side may not be "holy" in of itself, but the Sentinel has definitely gone bad. Gaia's Hitler-style holocaust bad. (not that she couldn't turn over a new leaf, but we haven't gotten that far into the plot yet)

Yeah I agree. I don't think the point of this is to read too much into this by fitting it into a religious mold. It's suppose to be fun, very fictional and gaiaish, if that makes any sense xd

Yes, I agree. People are taking this way too seriously, I mean, come on! If you have a specific religion make your own guild. Don't just suppose that B.O.O is a Christian guild. Gosh, people can be so stupid. mad

You know when you think about it, it's really just an halloween event, B.O.O and S.I.N they're just something out of an event. After all recall in the ten commandments:"You shall not have other gods before me."

You can't help but laugh at the idea of it. Some people call the creature of good. " An angel." The other. "The Devil's helper. " Lol. XD
I like to laugh at this. But this event is still funny when most people don't think about it. XD
