a moon full of stars Boarding School Reject I've gained eight pounds since I've been on birth control. neutral don't blame the BC, that's BS. neutral I haven't changed my eating habits, exercising habits, or daily routine. The only thing that's changed is I've gone on BC. Any other ideas for why I've gained more weight in the past 2 1/2 months than I have in the past 2 years?

nothing can MAKE you gain weight other than eating differently or exercising differently. things CAN increase your appetite though but that's still your fault.
it's not the BC, people blame BC for it because they can't face themselves having put the weight on, it can't possibly be their fault.
BC can't just give you extra weight, it can increase your appetite.
it could be your hormones or whatever if you like.

i was joking with another lame excuse, but yes, of sorts. synthetic hormones.
same thing again, increase in appetite, you're still responsible for what you put in your mouth.

How silly of you to associate weight gain with something that causes an increased appetite.
That's like saying the radiation gave you cancer, it's not the radiation's fault!
