see i'm having trouble like for example i finished the quest defeat the generals so i go to commander leon but it got that .... mood bubble so after i clicked on him it got that !!!! mood bubble what could it bee plz help me crying

it probly glitched did you try reloging and also did you check your quest see if it was accidently reset or something.

I think that Shobida is right in that your problem sounds like a glitch. The "!!!" mood bubble is common when somebody has a quest for you (or when you've completed a quest for them. However, you should be able to finish out the quest when you click on Leon.
If the quest truly is finished (double-check the quest status) and relogging didn't fix the problem, then you should probably report the problem to the developers. If nothing else, there might be other players have this same problem if it is a glitch in the programming.
