omg well my moms friend gave her some 300mg st johns wort herb capsules from a herb shop and before i took one i had this depressed feeling in my chest like everyone in the world died and after i took one of them pills i feel a tun better <3
if anyone suffers from depression or sadness get some of those
my moms friend got them for 10$ i haven't felt this good in a while biggrin DDDD

My mum's been on St John's Wart for a while now, she got on it when the Anti-depressants the doctor gave her stopped working.
She's much happier with them. I'm glad they worked for you too, feeling depressed is horrible.

Does anyone else know much about the St. John's Wort? I'm on anti-depressants, but they just have too many side effects (even though they help with the depression). I'm just curious if it would be worth it to switch to the St. John's Wort.

I'm sure it varies from person to person, and that it's a question for a doctor, but when I brought it up to my doctor he just quickly changed the subject. confused
