1. Madara's Teleportation Technique - An ability that madara created, Makoto gotten the same ability being related to madara and sharing the same mangekyo Madara once had before eternal. By bending time and space he can avoid techniques, letting them phase through him and appearing elsewhere if he chose to. This works on only ninjutsu and taijutsu. For ninjutsu he must use the same amount of chakra that was used for the technique. For taijutsu he can let it phase through him, but wouldn't be able to use the skill for three posts afterwards.
2. Devil Speed - Makoto's constant training over the years of being a shinobi granted him incredible speed. His speed is a rank higher then the average shinobi's, usually it seems like he vanished when he goes full speed.
3. Chakra Mastery - From pure training over years and years of being shinobi, Makoto's chakra level is incredible, being higher then the average shinobi of his level. It takes him less chakra to perform techniques. -1 rank. His chakra reserve is higher then normal from taking the eyes of an uchiha with itachi like mangekyo sharingan. Description:
The uchiha fan was a fan passed down from the elder brother who founded the uchiha clan, as well as the sharingan, to madara, and then finally to Makoto. When one inserts chakra into the fan it is capable of enhancing the natural wind around it whenever it is used, making the normal wind become slicing wind, though if a person gets caught in it it'll only cut them up, nothing serious. The fan can be used to power up fire techniques the user uses.
Primary Weapon Ability:
When the user adds chakra to the fan, they are capable of reversing fire techniques used against the user, D rank techniques require no chakra. C rank techniques requires E rank chakra, B rank techniques requires D rank chakra, A rank techniques require C rank chakra, and S rank chakra requires B rank chakra. Demonic fire jutsu cannot be reversed, nor can blaze (amaterasu). The fan grants one technique, Hellfire storm. By supplying S rank chakra that is katon, the user whips the fan around releasing the chakra and the wind it makes, the two combining creating a storm of fire, like a mini hurricane.

When the user adds chakra to the fan, the fan glows dark red. The fan then can absorb any fire technique. In other words, the user only gains chakra equal to half of the technique's chakra.

Primary Weapon Ability:
A scythe that was once used by Madara, but was given to Makoto as a gift. Makoto is able to manipulate his chakra into the scythe, extending the blade and making it sharper and more lethal. He is also able to add his elemental chakra into the chained scythe, giving it unique attributes. If fire is added, the scythe's blade is glowing and fire dances on it. The chain is also blazing with fire, but it doesn't harm Makoto. If Makoto swings the scythe around, it can release slicing flames in the direction swung. Generally, whenever the scythe is swung fire trails behind. If Makoto adds doton element, the scythe is covered, along with the chain, in chakra. The chains grow spikes and the scythe/spikes generally become so much sharper it can almost cut through anything. When it is swung around near earth small boulders fly upward and hurled at the targets like stakes. If Suiton element is added, the scythe and chains are covered with a watery aura. When the scythe or chains come into contact with another, it freezes the area of contact. One other chakra that is usable would be the blaze element, or amaterasu fire. It has similar effects to the katon element, but can only be held for 6 posts max. Its recognizable by black spectral flames on the chains and scythe. But if contact is made, the flames remain on the point of contact burning them but lasts one day only, so it shares similar traits of the amaterasu

Secondary Weapon Ability:
On the scythe is inscriptions of the uchiha clan, and a symbol of a sharingan with ten tomoes in it. It can use either a genjutsu or a ninjutsu like technique. If genjutsu, the inscriptions and the eye symbol will glow with dark energy, and if the target looks at the scythe they'll be pulled into a genjutsu that is said to be horiffic and terrible, more so then tsukuyomi if not matching it. For the next three posts the target is at the mercy of the user during the illusions, meaning they can make anything happen within the genjutsu. If a ninjutsu was to be used the inscriptions glow and the eye doesnt. The user can creat a vortex around himself using all two elements, which would protect him for a post and seriously injure/kill those who get trapped into the vortex. Effects vary

Fire/Earth = Firey tornado with large chunks of earth flying around that can crush those in the vortex. Lava is also made from the combo

Fire/Water = Firey tornado with searing hot water spiraling around, also creates a mist which can boil those in its path near or within 5 feet of the twister.

Water/Earth: A watery tornado with chunks of earth flying around within, capable of crushing targets within as well as drown them.

Effect:
By weaving handsigns together, the user expands chakra around themselves, adding an element to their chakra bubble making it give off a glow of energy. For five posts, the user is protected from a single element. If an element used against the shield is the same as the one within the shield, the element will be absorbed, half of the chakra used in the attack is channeled into the user, restoring some of it while the rest of the chakra is neutralized. The user is capable of adding a second element, but the chakra sphere will only last two posts. After use this cannot be used again for a total of 8 posts

Effect:
A technique that is a very advance doujutsu of the sharingan. Makoto developed this technique after witnessing Madara's ability to teleport things with his eyes into a seperate deminsion, or teleport himself. He modified it and now does a similar technique, except it doesn't target anything but ninjutsu. Whenever the opponent uses a ninjutsu of any form, Makoto can use his sharingan twisting the deminsions around him, and his eye becomes something of a wormhole, sucking in the technique without any harm befalling him. Then, the eye releases the technique back upon the target. The cost appears not too great at first, but the strain is enough to make this jutsu usable only two times per fight. If this number is exceeded, the sharingan deactivates and cannot be reactivated for the remainder of the day.

Effect:
A powerful technique Makoto developed when he experimented manipulating the flames of amaterasu, which is also known as flames of illuminating heavens. He found a way to control it and one variation of him manpulating it is creating a clone of out the very unholy flames. However, it takes much effort. And from the strength of the clone and the chakra to do so, only two clones can be produced at max. The clones are similar to Makoto's physical attributes, but cannot perform any ninjutsu or genjutsu. It can be detonated at any time as well, having the same force as a clone great explosion, a technique itachi developed. when contact is made with these clones, the one who touched them is lit with black fire on the point of contact which continues to burn for seven days and seven nights, making them dangerous in close combat. When they explode, the area range is roughly 10ft, sending black fire everywhere. Those within range would be covered by this, and potentially killed. This clone technique can only be used two times per fight from the power it has. Also, the clones can remain for a total of six posts. Upon the sixth post, it becomes ash, and useless

+Background Information+
Makoto Uchiha was born in the hidden leaf village. During the uchiha massacre he wasn't around for he was out on a mission. During the massacre though he met the uchiha known as Madara Uchiha. The two talked for a long while and eventually Makoto learned he was the closest relative of Madara, for the two were almost direct descendances of the elder brother said to be the sage of the six path's partner. After learning this Makoto abandoned the leaf village and went away with Madara. Overtime he helped Makoto gain his mangekyo sharingan, which to their suprise was like Madara's when he had a mangekyo. The two seperated their paths over time however, believing it was best.

Makoto roamed the lands for a long while, until he came across an akatsuki member who was carrying off an uchiha's body. The two conversed for awhile before the akatsuki gave him the uchiha's eyes, which happened to be the mangekyo sharingan eyes similar to the uchiha named Itachi. Makoto combined his eyes with the mangekyo sharingan eyes and he was granted the power of the eternal sharingan. The combined two gave him incredible powers like no other. He learned all various techniques to where he gained mastery of the elements he possessed. One day he was running around when he received news that he was to be the next akatsuki leader and carry on Madara's dreams. Accepting the position he became their new leader.

When Makoto was a young child, he graduated the academy at very early age, being only 6 years of age is quite the accomplishment. This was aso recognized when he defeated a chunin who bullied him, making the chunin regret it. Throughout his life in Konoha prier to the massacre he trained constantly, holding onto a serious personality for he didn't believe a fool's life will go far. He was a chunin when he went out on a mission of that fateful night of the Uchiha Massacre. Years later he surpassed the level of a kage. His other abilities are unknown to others, but his ambition is semi clear

The blade homes in on them and will attempt to cut through them three times before vanishing. Lightning Warp The user sends chakra to another place on the field and upon being struck the user teleports in a flash of lightning avoiding all damage. This is noticed by them glowing goldish color. This can only be used once every 5 posts

Quadra Halo Blast The user must be in stage 4+ to use this technique. The user manipulates chakra through his/her throat and three masks and unleashes four large beams of lightning and chakra at the target

Oracle of Lightning The user chants special words and sends chakra into the sky. A storm of lightning rains down on the target eletricuting them causing sever damage. This attack is very difficult to avoid and the ser must at least be in Stage 2 to use this.

Will of the Gods The strongest technique of the demon. The user must be in stage 5 to perform this. The host creates an orb of demonic chakra and lightning and launches it at the foe. If the foe is within 5 ft of it the orb expands and swallows them, trapping them in a magical prison which they cannot escape from. Then the demon launches a powerful blast of demonic energy at it making it explode with the target inside killing them. The range of the explosion is enough to almost destroy a forest.

Stage one
The user has a weird design of gold lines over his body. The host also takes a bit of his personality with him and lightnign crackles around the body. The speed heightens a bit

Stage two
The host is surrounded in a goldish chakra and a mask liek disk forms by the body which hovers around the host. The mask can launch a bolt of lightning each post and also the host can see through the mask letting him see in more directions.

The host forms another mask which acts the same as the first mask formed. The demon is starting to take over more meaning his personality is much more present and the chakra intensifies greatly. At this point the host can make a bolt of lightning fall from the sky once per post.

Stage four
The host now turns redish gold, their intelligence sky rocketing. A third mask is formed and acts the same as the other two masks. The demon has almost fully taken over, though with this demon the host and demon work together for this demon isnt very hostile like the rest. The host can now levitate but only for a short time

Stage five
The demon has now fully taken over. The user transforms into (the pic above) and is able to fly easily. Raiton based techniques at this point no longer affects the host and the host tends to speak in riddles at times. Chakra shoots through the roof.

Niomi has almost no fighting skills, but what Niomi lacks in fighting ability she makes up for with intelligence and stealth. Niomi has the power to turn her and others invisible for a short period of time, which helps aid on stealth missions. But after the effect wears off it cannot be used for several minutes

She has the power to put up temporary barriers that repel most attacks; also her fur is designed to lighten the damage of most types of Ninjutsu and Taijutsu attacks.

Mikoto

The father of the family, he is the biggest of them all at about 100 meters long and 80 meters high. He is all black, but has white stripes and one stripe going down the middle of his face. Because of his size and power he can only by a person with Jonin level chakra or higher. He is very strong and very fast, and his Sonic Roar jutsu has the power to wipe out an entire forest.

Kuchiyose: Kyoukan Fuusha (Summoning: Giant Windmill)
Description: Not quite a normal summon but quite deadly nonetheless; the user creates a massive windmill the size of three story house that will rise from the ground. Once fully ascended from the ground the windmill’s blades will spin rapidly, forming a huge wind that will pull anything not nailed down forcibly into the spinning fans, which are actually in the shape of blades. Being caught in the blades means almost certain death, as anything caught within them will be chopped to pieces. Such high level destruction has it’s downsides; for one the user will have to find a way to secure themselves safety to the ground first to prevent themselves from being sucked into the windmill, secondly, due to the windmill’s great size it takes one post to fully retract from the ground which gives the opponent ample time to escape or prepare themselves.

Kagemane Shuriken no Jutsu - Ninja Art: Shadow Knives

While teaching himself to use Asuma's trench knives, Shikamaru invented this technique to use against Akatsuki's Hidan and Kakuzu. Using the trench knives ability to absorb the user's chakra, in his case his chakra. With this, Shikamaru can target his opponent's shadow and remotely trap them in the Shadow Imitation Technique. This is extremely advantageous as Shikamaru is no longer restricted to a stationary position while holding down his opponent. This charge is apparently independent of physical contact as he was able to restore it with the Shadow Sewing Technique.
