While the two men were going at it, Fuyubashi's attention was focused upon Tao. The boy was mildly insane... or just plain crazy in his mind. He did not know if the cat-like creature or Arumat could have done it, but from the looks of it, Tao seemed crazy enough and strange enough in the head to perform such horrible deeds.
"I blame Tao... the boy seems like he's lost a little bit of his rocker..."

Tao's ear perked up at Fuyubashi, "But... Tao is not a boy? Tao a a girl." Tao squirmed out of the animated hair and flopped down on the ground with little to no grace. Continuing with her previous thought, she slunk over in her normal lazy manner then shamelessly plopped herself on the male pressing her boobs into him, "See? See? *purr* Mine aren't as big and soft like Booby-Lady's... but they're bigger than bunny girl's. See?"

He floated to Aramat, showing his paws to the man. "I don't think I could, since my paws lack the wood, the wood from the bedpost indeed. If you'd be so kind, to think with your mind, I'd think we'd all agree."

With the sun having past below the horizon...the time they had would have to end, despite the vote being a tie. After some debate of whether they should kill both or neither...and in the end decided neither. Tonight, both the Cheshire Cat and Arumat would live. Who knew for how long, but they would live to go to sleep tonight.
And thus they all did...each fearful of what they would find the next morning.
((Night Phase 2 will end in around 25 hours, at 8:00 PM MST on Thurs.))

The next morning, the people of the Inn needed not search at all for this dead body- instead, merely coming into the living room would have revealed its location. There was no sign of struggle, nor was there any sign of violence at all. Rather, upon entering the room, one would see that Ban Mido had... apparently hung himself. A large sheet was neatly tied into a sliding knot was attached to the highest rung of the staircase's railing, and there, hanging limply just half a foot off the floor, was Ban Mido, his lifeless body looking almost... asleep.
The usual happened...this time, his dust once again, formed a chain.

"...he hung himself... my god, what is this place coming to..."
Fuyubashi stared at the body hanging limp over the living room until it disappeared in a brief flash of dust that hit the floor softly.
"I have nothing to say any longer. My gut feeling last time was the Tao child, but just because no one believed me there, I suppose I will change my vote in hopes that someone I choose will be the one that has done these things."
Fuyubashi was getting desperate. They were down to a very small number of sane people, and he was getting nervous that the prophecy of destruction would be fulfilled. His head looked around the room very quickly and out of sheer whim, his eyes were caught by a purple flash.
"You sir. Yes, you you you did these things!"

Tao poked her head around the corner and slipped over to the man already accusing Cheshire Cat. Tao stopped before him and stared at him with her red eyes, "You're wrong. Tao saw it... Bunny Girl did it. I know, because last night Tao followed her and watched her. At first I thought she might just be hiding some food... because Tao was hungry and Tao thought she might share, but Tao found her with someone else, so Tao hid. I watched from there, and she killed him. Tao waited till morning, waited till it was safe. Old Cat was no where near here."

"Ha! A likely story!" Arumat accused, glaring at Tao, now blatantly holding his scythe out, though not yet activating the plasma, so it only appeared to be a pole. "Look at you! How can we trust you when you won't even allow us to see your face! And you're far too unstable to be trustworthy!"
"I think it's that bothersome cat that you're so quick to protect!" he seethed, glaring at the purple cat. "Always so quick to blame others, and talking in riddles- perhaps you drove the man to suicide? Or perhaps you helped him!"

The girl whirled on Tao, golden hair flying and a shocked look on her face. She summoned what courage she could, oh, if only Sven were here. He'd defend her. He'd know what to do. "You're accusing me just because I look like someone else. That's not very nice. But the other man speaks truly... the cat always seems to be at the center of things! I think it's him!"

"Oh my, more of this? I feel that something is amiss. Accusing me of this crime, it simply is...a matter of time. This victim here, I'm afraid to say, looks very off, if I may. He's hung himself up to dry, but I did not wish for him to die."
"If I must point my paw, I'll agree with the girl with giant claws. If she saw the murder take place, I must agree, that the murderer is the girl with the shocked look on her face." The purple cat was stuck with a grin, but he looked to the girl and floated over to her slowly.

"HAHAHA!" the little cow boy laughed with confidence. "Lambo knows who done it! It was Cat Lady! She's so stupid! Stupid!" Lambo continued to dance in his little circle making his accusation based on nothing really. "Lambo is smart~" he ended with a twirl.

After a long day of accusations, the most voted ended up falling on the Cheshire Cat.
Once more, Arumat was asked to take him outside. Once more the subject was executed. Once more, the victim of the vote disintegrated...and this time, the dust formed a shield, which promptly disintegrated.
This time though....something was different. Something felt....hopless.
It was then that Yukari once more appeared, stepping through a rift gracefully...though the look on her face was grave.
[Yukari]
"I have been monitoring the situation...and noticing a growing unease...and now, it seems we have just passed the breaking point. I'm sorry...but you have failed. Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go make preparations to ensure my dimension's survival, though it's probably pointless." With that, she stepped back through her rift, which closed.

As the blood from the Cheshire Cat evaporated on contact with the plasma from his scythe, Arumat revealed a smirk, finally able to enjoy what he'd been doing all this time. There was no threat now, no worry. Of the few left, one had holed herself up in her room since, refusing to come down, refusing to do much of anything- she'd likely died of starvation.
That left just the other two, and his companions. Scythe still activated, he turned upon them, ignoring the words of the Dimension-Hopper. His face was taut, his eyes narrowed upon them as though they were targets.
"And now, I will finish what I started," he declared, walking forward as his face remained determined, focused. "My universe is already distraught by inter-dimensional invaders... I will have no more ruin it. This charade is over."
