Sambi looked at Shadou with glassy eyes and smiled. It showed some weakness. "We don't need the glasses. They're bound to break anyway." she said, chocking back sobs. Her statement didn't directly hit what she was crying over, but skimmed the surface.
Her family had been falling apart right before the attack.
Her mother and father had been sleeping in different rooms,
her twin slapped her sometimes,
one of her adopted brothers commited suicide,
and Rose...
Sambi hugged Shadou tightly and cried into his shirt.

Piopi heard the smashing noise in the kitchen and saw Shadou go in. She peered around the corner and saw Sambi crying. Piopi felt very guilty to have brought the subject up, so she left the diner quickly- before they could come out fo the kitchen.

Argent had left the table when they were talking about how their experiences as a titan had been to go into the bathroom. When she got back she heard the glasses breaking. She asked Serai, "What is going on?"
Isis was cleaning tables on the other side of where the girls where and had heard the glass breaking in the kitchen. So she decided to go in there. As she walked in she saw Sambi crying on Shadou. She walks up to them and asks Shadou, "What happened to her?"

Shadou hugged Sambi and began to stroke her hair. "It's going to be okay," He consoled. He looked up at Isis and shook his head. "Don't worry about it." He mouthed.
Sera sees Piopi rush out of the room. "Wait! Where are you going?!?" She called. She looked over at Argent. "I'll give you the details later" She said. She walked in the kitchen and sees Sambi crying. "Sambi." She whispered. She walked over to her and gave her a hug. "Shhh, it's all over, there's no need for crying." She whispered in her ear.

Aurora walked into the bar, intent on getting a pina colada and some chesscake- but nobody was around. She heard crying from the back, and even though she wasn't sure if she was allowed back there, peeked through to see what was going on, and saw Sambi crying. "Hey... what happened to her? Is she ok?.." ((Um, hey guys... I know this is spam... and I'll delete it soon!! Promise!! I'd of posted in the Chatterbox, but nobody seems to go there much anymore... anyway, I'm in this avi contest- and losing real bad- I need 9 votes, the other girl needs 2- but I need the money desparately!! Isis sees Aurors peek through the kitchen door and walks over to her, "I dont know what is going on, but Shadou said she's alright." She replied. So "What can I get you?"
Argent nods at sera then looks over to the kitchen door. What is going on?" Argent thought to herself, looking confused.

That's what they all say. she thought. Sambi realized what she just thought and wanted to slap herself. They don't know! They don't know what really happened, they're just being friends.

Piopi tried to go back into the diner, everyone was still crowding around Sambi. "gawsh, what a drama queen." she muttered, sitting down at a desk in the far corner.
