Naruto

Ranks
Genin
All new Members start out as Genin. They have a chance to enter the Chuunin Exams and are only allowed D-rank jutsus. They can go on D-rank and C-rank missions.

Chuunin
Every once in a while, genin will have a chance to compete in the Chuunin Exams. Chuunin are allowed C-rank jutsu or lower. Their able to go on B-rank missions and have the role of leading a squad during missions.

Jounin
Jounin are allowed B and A-rank jutsus along with other jutsus under those. They are able to go out on A and S-rank missions. They lead genin squads that have just gotten out of the academy and take on orders from their Kage.

ANBU
To become an ANBU you have to be active and good enough for a Kage to promote you to ANBU. You must be a Jounin or higher in order to become an ANBU. They can have all the abilities of a Jounin. ANBU have a special role in the ninja world and usually complete their missions in secret.

Satoosa
Satoosa are special ninja with incredible power. They can use any jutsu with any rank and go out on any missions. They can go in and out of their village as they please. Usually, Satoosa have been trained by one of the five Kages.

Akatsuki
Akatsuki are an organization made up of S-rank criminals. Each of their headbands show the symbol of the village they were originally from with a line through the middle. They wear black cloaks with red clouds on them and rings with unique symbols on a certain fingers. Their main goal is to capture all nine tailed beasts. They can be as powerful as a Satoosa and go on missions for their leader to complete their goals. Pm me if you want to be an Akatsuki.

Kage
Kages are the most powerful ninja in their village. They are the main leaders and defenders on the village. They usually don't go out on missions ,but can if nessesary. They are in charge of giving Chuunin, Jounin, and ANBU missions, making orders to defend the village, and basically everything to keep the village safe. If your interested in becoming a Kage, pm me. The list below shows which members have currently taken the Kages possitions and which possitions are empty (If any):

If there is a name under any of the Kages, that means the possition is already currently filled.

Jutsu
As Genin, you automatically get the Substitution Jutsu, Transformation Jutsu, Escape Jutsu, and Clone Jutsu. You are limited to three D-rank jutsus. Once Chuunin, you are allowed three additional C-rank or D-rank Jutsus. Jounin and ANBU are allowed three A-rank or lower jutsu. Satoosa and Kages are allowed up to 25 jutsu or any ranks.

Bloodlines
In order to have a Bloodline, your RPC must be of the clan and the village the bloodline derives from. No one may have more than one bloodline.

Tailed Beasts
Tailed Beasts will be chosen randomly to people who want one and the village their RPC is from. Tailed Beasts have multiple abilities and lots of chakra.

Elements
Chuunin and Genin are only allowed up to one element. Jounin, ANBU, Satoosa are allowed to have two elements. Kages can have up to three elements. If someone has a tailed beast sealed into their RPC, they can have one additional element.
