more people need to be active in this guild. About half the members of this guild have never made a post. why bother joining if you're not going to bother with it?

Shanna66 i would say this guild is pretty active as it is well yes it is. I just find it a bit strange that so many people would join but never have anything to do with the guild. unless maybe they're lurking...

This is about 70% more active then any of the other guilds I'm in.. I reckon people join to get information rather than to contribute.

Sometimes people join and forget about the guild, probably a lot of them don't even come on Gaia anymore. When I was with my boyfriend I rarely came on Gaia for several months. We have a very good percentage of active members. But people seem to come and go, of the members that have been active since I first joined I think 4ish remain. Most people are very active for a while and then I guess they're busy in the real world. I'll bet lots of members that are active right now will disapear within the year.

Remember, now, that people DO have real lives outside of Gaia- that includes school, school work, dating, marriage, rather rocky events, time zones...
For some people, getting on Gaia and posting every once in a blue moon is as far as it can get. For others, lurking is a plus. Posting, not so much. And people do forget. Of all like 12 guilds I'm a member of, I'm only active, regularly, in 3 of them.

I thought his guild was pretty active.... People are probably busy with real life stuff.
I just came back to gaia yesterday, i was gone for about a month. Just stuff going on in the real world XD
