Physical Description: Sejiro is 5' 10", has fair skin and white hair that flows down to his shoulders(like a young Ukitake). He has crimson red eyes and an athletic build. He is 23 years old.

in its concealed form Shibou Tsubame is a jikdo that has no hand guard and is 10 inches longer than normal. The blade is silver and black and it has a blue tassel that flows from the end of the handle. The handle is wrapped with a blue cloth.

When Shibou Tsubame is released into its' shikai form the tassel that was connected to the hilt of the sword is replaced with a chain and a spike at the end and the blade has morphed slightly and now curves like a regular katana but has two blades protruding from the handle. A blue scarf is now wrapped around the users neck like that of a Kuchiki royal.
This release allows the wielder to manipulate blood into offensive and defensive means by using the wielder's blood, but this takes a toll on the user over long periods of time.

When Shibou Tsubame is released into its' bankai form one hundred replicas of the sword fall from the sky onto the battlefield littering the grounds with it. The swords blade has now morphed again and is longer and slightly wider with a jagged edge meant to inflict maximum pain on enemies.

Personality: Sejiro came into soul society after being killed during a bloody and violent war in his past life. Being raised by a royal family, Sejiro is very formal and polite. He has a carefree attitude towards life and always caries himself well even through the toughest situations. He has a kind heart and is always willing to help others, but when it comes to battle he is merciless and will do anything to defeat his opponent.

History: When Sejiro first entered Soul Society in the Rukon District, he stumbled upon the head of the Kasumioji Family, Rurichiyo Kasumiōji. After saving her from being trampled by a run away horse, Ruruchiyo summoned Sejiro back to her families estate. They became such close friends that Ruruchiyo inducted him into the Kasumioji family. Sejiro was very content with the life of a noble, but as the years passed a deep unrest within him began to grow stronger and stronger. Finally he asked for his "sisters" blessing to go the soul reaper academy and train to become a captain in the Gotei 13. If she allowed him this privilege, Sejiro promised Ruruchiyo that he would never dishonor the Kasumioji family name and always protect her no matter what.
