This is a privet rp for Kasailoki and Lethrossen only, if you'd

A few days after the ArrivalAsi was lounging against a fallen log, it was in some of the grasslands that wasn't as popular with this land as it was in rogue lands. This land certainly had it's differences, obvious differences. It wasn't all flat for one thing.. more green was found here.
He was staring up at the sky, tail flicking idly. They'd just gotten to the lands, he wasn't sure if it was good news or bad news that Ari had recieved. Many of her old pride members had fled. Well, either died or fled. None remained except something she kept refering to as 'Mjumbe', which he'd figured was her name. But it wasn't, it was some kind of title. He guessed there was a lot Ari would have to fill him in on the lands.
He was alone for once, it would only be more pleasent if Ari came and joined him. The cubs.. no, they seemed bigger now.. more grown.. juveniles then. They were exploring the lands, searching what was so great about them. He did like them better than the rogue lands... He sighed. Ari wanted to stay here, he knew that... but.. as what? The new pride leaders or something? A pride life, as he always thought, was never cut out for him. So why was he being pushed into it?

She was moving swiftly across the old Kusini lands. Many prey stared at her through wide hazel eyes. The predators have returned to this valley? Though the charcoal lioness didn't attack the grazing gazelles, or leaf eating giraffes. She was in search of Mjumbe M. She was no where to be seen, yet she lived in this land. Ari could sense it.
Gazing at the sky, her pace slowed. The sun was slowly dawning, pink clouds shuddered as their colored darkened. Looking down, she spotted the one she had come to known and love. "Asi!" She called out, her voice ringing in the hilly plains.

Asi huffed, still thinking. A coffee colored ear flicked, and he reccognized that voice. His gaze searched out ari, a wide smile splitting his maw. How odd, how they'd met.. Ari had actually attacked him. And then they'd always argue.. and now...? Now they had children. And a future that would be together for as long as they lived. He hoped, anyhow. "Aye, lo' thurr." He called back, slowly stretching as he rose off of his log, he'd meet her half way.
This was nice, he'd been thinking about her and she showed up! And now he could have some precious alone time with his love.

Ah, and what fun that little meeting was too. One day, she had remember spotting Asi trying to hunt, and it turned out him being hunted. Chased by the prey, a very comical scene. Trotting, she grinned as her neck stretched out. "Guess what!" She giggled, excitedly, pouncing on the mocha colored lion. From there, she sat on his stomach, purring. "We are..." She looked around, lowering her maw to his ear. "alone." She whispered.

He grunted and landed on his back, some dust floating off of his body, his fur settling. The grass curled around his body and he peered up at her lovingly. His own purring started, loud and rumbly.. it was amazing that he used to be embaressed to purr. Or that he was mean to ari ever. He gave her a cheeky grin. "Aye, we 'ave no been alone in ages, i' seem. 'Ow are yeh doin'?" He asked, one paw reaching up to playfully bat at her chin.

"Aye, I be doin' fine." She grinned, imitating Asi's speech. "Just searching for others." She sighed slightly. This place was a desert, without the sand or dry weather. Maybe it was still early? Maybe they would still come back? "What about you?" Her speech returned to her normal old self.

He rolled his eyes. He didn't sound like that! He moved up, wrapping his paws around her so he could tug her closer to him, so they'd both be laying down. He nuzzled into her slightly, frowning half way. He wondered if she'd find anyone. He kinda of leaned to that she wouldn't.. maybe some had survived.. but they were probably long gone, right?
"Eh, I be thinkin' I 'spose, tha's all." He nodded, it was true, too. He wasn't busy doing anything, just thinking. He coughed.. maybe he should have been helping her search for others?

She pulled away from him as he tried to pull her down. It wouldn't be so comfortable for him if she were still laying on him now, would it? She moved over, curling up near him, enjoying the warmth that emitted from the large body. "Thinking about what?" She asked, snuggling more near him, touching her nose to his in a feline kiss. Oh, how she missed moments like this. No cubs, no distractions. No nothing! Just..peace, quiet and love.

He smiled and shifted, licking her nose and grinning. "Aye, nothin'o' importance, eh? 'sides, I do no' think I coul' recall it now tha' I be in the pressence a' such beauty. My brain do go mushy when yew be aboot." He chuckled, rubbing his nose back into hers.
Well Asi sure had changed a lot, hadn't he? But perhaps that was just around certain lions and lionesses.

Ari sighed lovingly. "I make your brain all mushy now do I?" She nuzzled more into him, enjoying his company. It was just magic, how two could go from hateful enemies to loving mates. "Asi..." She spoke quietly, resting her head near his. "I met...this lioness earlier. While searching for Mjumbe. She's so young...and she has a little cub. A small boy. She wants to meet you...And everyone else" She told him. "Could you--come with me later" Tomorrow would be good, just let her spend the rest of the sunlight and moonlight wrapped in her love's paws, "so I can introduce you to them?"

He blinked, shrugging his shoulders slightly. A new lioness? Ah, he supposed this thing had to start sometime. He wondered how she'd wandered into this place.. with a cub no less! This place seemed void of lions, which was a bit creepy. "Aye, I can do tha'.." He mumbled. He'd have to be friendly, he supposed. It was hard being nice to strangers for Asi, very hard.
"An' wha' d'yeh mean by la'er? In a few minutes.. in a week.. two 'ours from now, eh?" He smirked, teasing slightly. But he really did need to know how later.
