"No, I don't believe I've ever heard that story," Ellandra said, blinking. "Pears? Really, Faolan?" She asked, raising an eyebrow at her husband. What had the tiny version of Faolan been thinking? But then, it was Faolan. . .

"I like pears," Faolan said, shrugging. "I woulda got away wi' it if tha' farmer didnae hae a dog."
Keagan gave the young man a look. "Nae, lad, you like trouble an' gettin' in it."

Ellandra fought off a smile. "You know, Keagan, you're right. Why else is he always in trouble with me, hm?" Her smile turned a bit devious and she glanced at Faolan. "Perhaps I should branch into the punishment side of things?" She was only kidding, of course - she was hardly the dominatrix type - but seeing Faolan's thought of the idea might just make her day.

Faolan's ears lowered all the way as he blushed, a stupid--the stupidest--grin forming across his face. He let out a sound between a chuckle and a giggle, eyes half-closing at the idea.
"Alreet, you two. You've had your fun. Now be off wi' you," Keagan said, making sure the young parents had all their kids and belongings as he bustled them toward the door. "Gae do tha' in your own home."

Ellandra giggled like a lovestruck schoolgirl, scooping up everything baby-related and putting the babies in their slings, before leading Faolan outside and down the steps. "Goodbye, Keagan, take care!" she called, trying and failing to control her intense amusement at her silly husband.
