I can't seem to get it! I know it's not needed (is it?) but I really want to see it! He's at a blue heart and I saw the first blue heart events but I can't seem to get the second one. Help anyone? Please. TT^TT

I did and I've been doing it but I can't seem to activate it. Is it really necessary to get teh second blue heart event? o.o;
