Okay I maybe saying this early but who would think that the Raiders would make the playoffs, I know the teams have made the playoffs. But the Raiders need a better QB and somewhat better Recievers. Also Richard Seymore said that they are making the playoffs this year. If they don't then the press would be hammering him down.

You're crazy if you really think this. The Raiders are definitely not making the playoffs this season. Mark my words.
The Denver Broncos are winning the division. They are already 6-0, and should easily take the AFC West crown if they keep this up.
So that leaves an AFC wild-card shot, right? A lot of much better teams could win the wild card. The AFC North is in a three way race between the Steelers, Ravens, and Bengals. The Patriots should win the AFC East, but the Dolphins and Jets could make some noise. The Colts will win the AFC South, but the Texans could sneak in for a wild card spot. Also, the Chargers from the AFC West could take a spot.
...This was just a fluke win, over a struggling Eagles team. Their first win, and it came at home. They are 1-5. The Raiders are doomed as a franchise. They need a new QB, a better offensive line, a new coach, and a new GM/owner. Their fans have even gave up on them, as their games are getting blacked out in the Bay Area.

I agree with dude. Early? I think it's too late. The wild card spot will be a more possibility but only if they take out everyone else in their division and winning most of their upcoming games. And I don't really see that.

I'll give the Raiders credit where credit is due, their win last week over a tough Eagles team was great, good job to the Raider organization, but proclaiming that they are playoff caliber is laughable. The AFC has too many good teams that will be bidding for the two wildcard spots. I think it would be a stretch to say they will finish with anything better than a 5-11 record. Possible, but unlikely.

they won't. they're already four games back of the broncos. with their coach, their management, and their quarterback all sub-bar, it can't happen. those are the three most important parts of a good football team.

The Raiders made a mistake in the draft when they took Darrius Heyward-Bey over Micheal Crabtree. They chose the fastest guy they could find over a more talented WR. They tend to do that.

They had a good effort today but didn't hold the chargers off. I guess you can count them out the wildcard spot. Start looking towards next season and think about management. That team has soooo much potential.
