Now that the exchanges are up and running i've been running round collecting trash, digging up flowers and catching bugs for most of the day! sweatdrop
Here's what i know so far about the various exchanges :~
Flowers...once you've collected some flowers you take them to Rina's shop, here she will make them into bouquets and wrap them for you.
you can have :~
a single flower~cost 100 gold
bouquet of 10 blooms~1000 gold
Deluxe bouquet of 25 blooms~2500 gold
no mixed bouquets unfortunately, but hopefully that will come in the future
you can have different colour wrappings and ribbons on your bouquet, but for these you need to have caught a ton of insects, info on that further down the page.
Trash... collect pieces of the same sort of paper and take them to the hat shop in Isle de Gambino
the little kid will exchange your paper for items, which you can keep or sell.

Bugs...so far these get you ink, you take them to Moira at the Depot in Durem
Moira buys 50 bugs of the same colour, either 50 of the same bug, or a combination of different species but same colour, if you catch a rare bug, you only need one to get at least 2 bottles of ink.
Bottles of ink will let you have different colour wrappings and ribbons when you buy a bouquet from the flower shop.
of course all the items you collect can be sold through the Marketplace in Isle de Gambino, but you do need a vending lisense to own a shop of your own, this costs 1000 gold
