I'm going to a rave on Halloween, hence the tutu. I made the tutu myself. =] I also have magenta fuzzy legwarmers and pink striped socks to go with the outfit.
Should I use the shirt I'm wearing in the picture or try to make one? It would be like a midriff exposing halter top.
