Saving the Guardian
Dean Winchester parked his Impala in a side parking lot of a closed Food Lion, across the street from a high school. Getting out of the car he peered across the street before going to the trunk and getting one of the shotguns and a few other things he might need.
Closing the trunk he crossed the street and walked onto the dark quiet campus of the school heading for the football field. As he stepped onto the field a woman appeared before him. She was about five foot three and a hundred and twenty pounds, with shoulder length wavy hair the color of almonds.
“well well, if it isn’t Dean Winchester.” she said with a smile as her eyes went pitch black. Before Dean could do anything light seemed to flood out of the demon, it screamed as the light poured out of it, before the sound was cut off and the body turned to ash.
“What the hell!?” Dean half shouted as he stared at the pile of ash that had once been the demon.
“I’m the one who killed that demon, incase you were wondering that is.” Came a voice from behind the goal post, and he saw a guy step out and walk towards him with a smirk on his face.
Dean looked at the kid, “You killed the demon?” Dean asked bewildered.
The kid continued to smirked, “I believe I did say that, didn’t I?” he said sarcastically.
He stopped when he was about five or six feet from him. He was wearing a Yankees fitted hat, a black t shirt and jeans. He had a pair of white Nike air forces, and a black jacket on. Dean eyed him cautiously as he judged his height and weight to be around six foot and one-hundred and eighty pounds.
He had deep blue eyes that reminded Dean of the ocean, calm, yet they seemed to call to Dean as if there was a secret hidden in them that was only for him to know.. Dean wasn’t sure who this kid was but he had a feeling he knew what he was talking about.
“How were you able to kill the thing?” he asked
The kid’s smirk got slightly bigger as he answered. “I have my ways. So you’re Dean Winchester, the famous hunter right?”
Dean stared at the kid for a second. “You know who I am?” he asked
“Yes I do. Everyone who matters has heard of the Winchester brothers. Dean the righteous one, saved from hell by angels. Sam, infected with demon blood and able to use their powers. Things like that travel fast in this world.” he said as he stepped closer to him
Dean’s eyes narrowed at the statement. “So what’s your name then? Since you know so much about us, I think its time we learned something about you.” He replied.
The kids smirk faded at that. “My name is William, William Marshall. I am twenty-two years old.” he said as he stepped even closer, so that now he was so close to him that Dean could feel the warmth of his breath as he talked.
Dean was a little uncomfortable with William being so close to him, but his pride wouldn’t allow him to step back, he wouldn’t give in to some kid. “William huh? Can I call you Will or Billy?” he asked sarcastically
“You can call me Trey.” he said slowly, putting emphasis on the first part of the statement.
This guy was making Dean more and more uncomfortable as they talked. There was something about him that seemed to get under his skin and made him feel like he was naked, exposing himself for Trey’s enjoyment. “Trey? Alright I guess that’s better. So do you want to tell me how it is that you can kill demons?” he asked.
Trey smiled like he had a secret before he replied. “I assume you’ll be in town for a few days? If you need a place to stay you are more than welcome at my place. It would save you money on a dingy hotel room…” he said as if he hadn’t heard Dean’s question.
