"Nazra Dae, yes I've heard of him." He was a soldier of Mistress Hellainya's. He had heard that the mistress had founded this town. But unlike her Tower, Tickle Town had come quite close to the border of Krynn. The rulers of Krynn were rather greedy and declared Tickle Town a minor City of The Kingdom, despite the fact that it was simply a borderland and not technically able to be claimed by any proper government.
Jack may not agree with what his superiors have done, but he was just a soldier doing what he was told. He will approach Commander Dae, but in the end he knew it would simply come down to a confrontation between Nazra Dae, and his superior, Cm. Lan Man'dragorand. It was honestly just a technicality. Krynn was incredible rich and had no need of money. But it simply wanted to demonstrate it's power. It wished to have a hand in every pie, so to speak.
Jack had no personal problem with this town or anyone in it. He will talk to Nazra Dae and as long as he allowed him to fulfill his duty he would do so with no complaint. Krynn was paying all his expenses here on top of his pay. As long as he seemed to do his job, all would be taken care off.
"Tickling as punishment? That's rather unusual, I had always found tickling as pleasurable. But then again, I don't let anyone tickle me. I am most always a tickler." Jack was not about to let anyone tickle him. He was one of the most ticklish guys he had ever met. He enjoyed occasionally tickling girls he had met till they could take no more, but the number of times he had let anyone tickle him had been very few. Only the most beautiful and charming women have been able to curb his dominant personality.
"At any rate, I'm not sure I caught your name, Miss. If nothing else what title shall I address you by?"

Hellainya's town was founded deep south, it was under the protection of Nift and Delfea. Two greater Kingdoms in the South. Hellainya had made there fancy and those who would dare attack Hellainya would rue the day. As Hellainya would just sit there and amuse herself. She gazed about the bar, not taking anything to heart as she removed her hood and vail.
Innocent blue eyes would watch the world, as snow white complection adorned this young womens form. Long bloodred hair glistened in the dim candle light as she would turn to the male and state in a firm tone. "Hellainya Proudmoore". In this Hellainya's voice would ring out with the power of Allure. A strong silver aura would take and embrace Hellainya within a blanket of the arcane.
This young women was a Mistress? Hellainya was said to be ancient. Though this young lass could not appear older then 19. Well Hellainya was obviously a witch by many means. As she would gaze to the male with a simple smirk, it was obvious this male was addressing his boss. As Hellainya was the owner and boss of this town. This heavily walled and defensive stronghold that Hellainya had built based on her own designs.
Many would find that Hellainya was a proud noble. A being who held herself in high regaurd and many did as well. She had many stories within her life time and each could be found in text and lore. This male, who had just met her might not know it. Though Hellainya held more secrets and hidden meaning then any zen riddle.

"Ah, i see...mistress." Jack had indeed been caught off guard. She was his boss, well one of them. But he would defer to her in business concerning her town. That was her right.
"I apologize if I insulted you in any way. It was not my intention." with that he looked into her eyes, and his breath was taken away. She was so beautiful. But he looked at her with lust, not with love. There was a difference which he had to understand at an early age.
"Now that you have revealed yourself to this town, what will you do? If there is any way I can help you just let me know. I won't be far away.

He watched as Hellainya Greeted other residents of the tavern. He took that as her dismissal...not that he needed one. Jack was a proud man, and would not allow himself to be seen as submissive many people.
He looked over towards the table where Katrina was sitting and contemplative something. Well, lets try again, he said.
With his most warm and charming smile he greeted her, "Well hi there, are you a resident of this town or just passing through?"
From the sword at her side and the mask she wore on top of her head he deduced she was or had recently been to the orient.
