Base Damage: 5 to 10
Skill Addition Damage: +5 per 10 point requirements to total range.
Ability Addition Damage: +5 per 20 point requirements to top range.
Requirements: Must have Weapon Skill and Ability requirement.
Specials: +10 Additional requirements added which are noneffective to damage range and must have handicap per every special.
Hand-Bladed Weapons: These weapons should cause continual damage since it would cause a bleeding effect if directly hit with the blade. So, I suggest that all bladed weapons have additional requirements as well as - Weapon Skill Bonus as a continual bleed effect for one additional post.
Blunt Weapons: These weapons heavily effect a person's mobility due to their bone breaking abilities and muscle bruising. I suggest that when hit directly with a blunt weapon it creates a slight stun effect to the target's mobility causing -Weapon Skill Bonus to the target's next roll (first action of the next post).

Items
An Item can only have one affect.
A minimum of two ingredients.
A minimum of two training exercises to create.

He descended upon the world looking for a challenge to prove himself the greatest warrior. He devoured the souls of humans to become stronger but in order to prove his might he would challenge only the best of warriors in a duel for their soul. After defeating them, he would grab the weapon of its defeated opponent and trap the soul of its wielder into it and claimed it for himself. As he defeated more and more opponents, in order to be able to wield their weapons he grew extra arms each time he took a new weapon. And became obsessed with rare and exotic weapons. Meeting the Heikou He began to challenge its great warriors and gathering their weapons. After loosing a lot of great warriors, both Meho and Jio joined to fight the monster and entrap him. Using the Demon's own sword they sealed him and his power inside it and then destroyed all the other blades he had gathered from other defeated warriors.

Lu I made some small readjustments to the requirements. I have no problem with the damage being so high, as long as the requirements are high as well. The broken sword while still a sword is bigger than a knife and all are knife's except the kunai and shuriken have a higher handle skill so I upped that. Alone with the assembled requirements. If the sword is 9 feet long and it has to be handled well more than likely the meho style one handed much like Dhan the strength is going to have to be high as well. If you dont agree you can pm me, but I think it is a fair adjustment. Also the special confused me. If you could explain that to me better i might be able to adjust it, but for one thing there needs to be some negative aspect to it. Al ot of bonuses and no consequences doesn't seem fair.

Oh, the specials just go with the demon release technique. It doesn't have anything to do with the weapon by itself. Everything sounds good! Owner of this weapon is Prince Yautja and I'll be listing it in the Heikou Clan.

You need to fill in two ingredients at the least. One I would assume is the skull. The other I guess could be a sew kit or specific sand or type of rock.

I'll put the sewing kit as an item you can buy from the mainland. Does 2 Ryo sound reasonable?

I think the intimidation bonus from the shrunken heads should be bigger. Remember we have to kill another character or npc to get there head and I don't know about you but If someone was carrying around a severed head I'd be pretty damn intimidated by them. Maybe have the bonus relate to the level of the character killed or something along those lines?
