Hmmm...
Are you suggesting a technique that will diffuse chakra infused substances? For instance, elemental techniques or chakra infused weapons will collapse upon entering your field of diffusion? That would be a nice name for the technique. biggrin Field of Diffusion

Ok, so maybe the technique can like repel or attract things that have chakra in them. Like say a person or a Jutsu but not weapons. So basically say like what he uses to create that attractive or repelling force is the chakra in those things. And if the person uses the Jutsu that adds chakra into the weapon then that would be the only case it would work on the weapon. Is that possible? Cause the idea of the technique is mostly defensive in nature.


Based on what I've seen in the manga, Shinra Tensei and Bansho Ten'in have been used more against opponent's while the Wall of Air is for weapons. If you're thinking of going about it a different way you can try it with actual people instead. If you plan on going by the chakra idea you can do something to hurt someone who had a high chakra mod. Something with drawing them close or pulling them away based on chakra. You can even try the next step in saying maybe, the opponent cannot sprint away from you when pulling them close or can't come close when pushed away. That's if you want to try and replicate it from the manga.

All of these are just suggestions. I like your version of the time delay heh.

Hmmm Ok i guess ill stick with repelling or attracting people. The field of diffusion seems like a good idea to make another technique

Ok so can it just do that. Repel people. Ok something like this?

Name: Shinra Tensei / Bansho Ten’in
Using its chakra to manipulate gravity, the person creates a center of gravity on themselves and uses it to repel people from himself to interrupt any close ranged attacks. The technique can also be used to attract foes into any close ranged attack the user does. The technique does not work on Jutsus or weapons alone, the gravity field only affects living things like animals or persons
Cp Cost: 20
Damage: 25% of blocked attack.
Requirement: Ninjutsu 20, Control 20
Seals:
Avoid: Dodge or Ninjutsu
Other: Can only be used once per post and cannot be used in conjunction with other Jutsu
Special: + Ninjutsu bonus to attack roll if used to aid a close range attack but no additional damage is dealt.


How does that look like? and later ill work on the diffusion shield idea that sounds actually amazing. Has potential to it thanks

Ok. How does this look to you Flecha? The jutsu seems versatile and can probably open up possibilities for different combinations with a partner in the future. Because of that I dropped the damage a little bit. Requirements went up a bit well you're moving a person. A quite rapidly and roughly too. I don't think It would be too easy lol. It may seem like a lot, but your clan stats will lessen it a bit.

I suggest the last part of the jutsu when pushing the opponent away making them sprint back. I don't think they would still be in range if someone uses this technique, but that's just me. Also you don't need to do this, but I would suggest giving the jutsu one seal. I personally think it would look cooler with one seal, but that's just me. In the manga there isn't any seal for the jutsu so it's up to you.

Any problems with what you see?

I have the diffussion field in the making and ive been working in the using dead bodies thing he does in the manga but Im still trying to figure out how to do it. Any help would be appreciated.

Katon: Houyou no Naraku (Fire Release: Hell's Embrace)
After focusing chakra to the palms, the user claps their hands together, creating enough friction to generate a burst of flames. These then form the heads of three dogs which simultaneously strike at a single target from separate positions. The dogs do not disappear until they hit their target or are hit themselves. User can control dog's paths until dissipated.
CP Cost: 70 + 10 per holding post.
Damage: 35 to 45 + chakra mod + Ninjutsu Bonus
Requirement: 40 ranks of Ninjutsu, 45 ranks of Control, Fire Affinity
Seals: Tiger, Dog, Hare, Bird, Tiger, Dog
Avoid: Dodge, Tumble, or Ninjutsu
Special: 1d20 + Ninjutsu to attack. 1d20 + control to make Dog's dodge.

A Kun' Kumo produces plasma into their hands, which is rolled into balls and then ignited by their chakra, so that they burst into flames. These balls then form the heads of dogs, which can be manipulated into moving to attack while supplying a steady amount of plasma to them. The string of plasma is what keeps the user in control of the dogs. The dogs explode on impact and are manipulated individually. An opponent can attempt to attack the user or plasma string to stop dog attacks. User can not use any other jutsu while holding technique. User can dodge, but can not block. Any use of the hands requires user to drop technique.
CP Cost: 260 + 50 per holding post
Damage: 90 to 230 + chakra mod + Ninjutsu Bonus
Requirement: Ninjutsu 200 Ranks, Control 100 Ranks, Fully Developed Sack
Seals: Tiger, Dog, Hare, Bird, Tiger, Dog
Avoid: Dodge, Tumble, or Ninjutsu
User Rolls

Now if the Kun’ Kumo are allowed to get this jutsu are you going to replace it with another jutsu? There is a small amount of techniques for that element already and now it might be one less for users not within the Kun’ Kumo clan.

No, that's why I asked for ownership over the technique, because fire techniques are so hard to come up with. It will also give those who want the fire affinity all the more reason to join the Kun' Kumo clan. Since we encourage members to be a part of a clan, wouldn't this be helping?

We encourage members to join a clan. We don’t want to them to feel that they have to because that is the only choice. Especially since fire is one of the four major elements. What if someone decided to create a clan now that specified in wind ninjutsu and started taking up all the techniques? Or what if the Uchiha decided to harbor all the genjutsu since they are a clan of genjutsu users? The jutsu is good to go. You can add it to the Kun’ Kumo list, but in the future let us not take techniques that are open to everyone.

I am also donating these two techniques to the guild. Check them out when you have the chance:

Katon: Tama Hiaburi (Fire Release: Bullet that Burns to Death)
The user crouches low to the ground with their palms flat on the ground and heels raised to balance on their toes. Chakra is then emitted and charged below all four limbs. The chakra goes through a rapid and violent combustion propelling the user’s body as fast as an arrow towards the target with fragments of the combusted chakra around the user. Upon impact the target is hit by these burning fragments of chakra and the user’s propelled body. The user of this jutsu needs to charge their chakra first before it can be used. This jutsu has been recognized by the distinct sound it makes; that of a tea kettle whistling due to the heat and the popping sound heard when the user is launched.
Cp Cost: 32
Damage: 10 to 20 + Chakra Mod + Ninjutsu Bonus
Requirements: Chakra 25, Ninjutsu 25, Control 10
Seals: Tiger, Ox, Dog
Avoid: Dodge, Tumble, Ninjutsu
Special: Takes at least 1 action roll to charge (user may charge up to 6 action rolls). If the user is attacked at this time they must start their charge over. Increase damage by 5% for each roll after the first charged. Target is burned automatically if this technique has been charged for more than 3 action rolls. User takes 10% recoil damage from this move.

Katon: Yoen Nobe (Fire Release: Field of Burning Embers)
The user superheats the area by emitting a large amount of chakra in the surrounding vicinity and into the ground so that little embers and steam sprout from below. This scorches the earth and evaporates most water sources in the area. It creates a hazy glow to the area similar to that of a desert on a hot day. The combination of the burning land and the aggressive rise in temperature can make a person suffer from dehydration and heat stroke. The area within is also favorable to fire jutsu.
Cp Cost: 120 + 50 per holding post
Damage: Chakra Mod per post to those within the area except the user.
Requirements: Ninjutsu 150 ranks, Control 100 ranks, Focus 50 ranks, 50 Chakra
Seals: Ram, Dragon, Bird, Tiger
Avoid: Escape, Fortitude
Special: All water jutsu cause ½ damage and cost 2x the amount of Cp. Fire jutsu causes 2x damage and cost only ½ the amount of Cp (except for this move). Only one [Katon: Yoen Nobe] may be activated simultaneously.
