So, I gotta be honest, I expected it to be stupid. I walked into that theater totally skeptical. Turns out, that movie is the first and only legitimately scary movie I've ever seen in my life.
Feeding on your most primal of fears, there's no way you wouldn't walk out of that movie theater blown away.
So, have any of you seen it? It's probably the most well done horror flick of this decade. At least, in my opinion.

I'm a wimp so I don't watch horror movies.
But my friend loves them and is very jaded by watching many bad ones. I'll have to tell her that Paranormal Activity is good since she wants to see it.

Wow nice timing goldman!!! We were JUST talking about it here at work. ^_^ My friends were saying how it was really good too. I didn't get to see it but I thought it would be about ghosts. Seems like it's about a demon but that's all I was told. ^_^ (So now I wanna see it)

And since I won't watch it I haven't cared about reading spoilers.

I don't often read up on horror movies anymore, like synopsis and such.
I've always had an over-active imagination so just reading the plot of some horror movies will scare me.
But... Curiosity killed the cat... I do it anyways for some strange reason And it isn't inspiration.

I've heard of the movie, but I've never seen it, nor do I plan to.
I don't really like horror films. They're usually dumb.
"The Fourth Kind" looks kind of freaky because of the people freaking out in the trailer. Not that I plan on watching it, of course.

Well, while out of town with my friends, one of them (who saw it in theaters) stressed on the fact that we needed to see this movie. After a large amount of time, we finally broke down and rented it
Not the kind of movie one should watch in a crickety house at night in a basement. One of my friends was frightened out of his mind.
I was not allowed to make jokes during the movie, because that would "ruin the mood" and I apparently only do it to help with my uneasiness (I make jokes during any movie).
I wasn't really too creeped out until it was over (I had jokes about the situation in my head the whole time); I was shaking a little bit because of paranoia, but nothing too bad. It wore off while I was trying to sleep.
Unfortunately, I was too hot while I was trying to sleep and didn't get any until I went outside for a little bit and then slept on top of my sleeping bag with my shoes and jacket on. This was at 7:30 AM. I couldn't sleep until the sun came up thanks to heat.
I only had two hours of rest, so I'm tired.
Oh, and you know why my friend wanted us to watch it? So he "wouldn't be alone" with his fear.

W-well, umm... I-I don't plan on ever seeing it, thank you... I-I'm not S-scared or anything, just um- Okay, I am scared. I hate horror movies, horror books, or anything like that. I freak out way too easily for that sort of thing. ...Seriously, I still have nightmares after reading "Firestarter" by Stephen King... and that book wasn't nearly that scary. (Still bugged me, though sweatdrop )
