Rhia-chan Alignment: Mixed Mostly Fae Stanley Park is the crown jewel in Vancouver's crown. Large, open green spaces, old-growth trees and gardens greet guests both human and unhuman alike. The Daylight Hours During the day people go picnicing, bird watching, they can eat at the various cafes and diners around. The most popular bike and walking path is the Seawall, a paved path that rings the entire park and connects onto Kitsilano beach, never out of eyesight of the ocean. People meander through the paths and the park and gardens, gaze upon the totem poles and can visit the nearby aquarium. Tours are offered by trolley or horse-carriage, and artists can be found selling their art and offering sketches on the rolling lawns of the park. In quiet pockets, of the deep woods however, the unhuman can move and gather without fear or bother. Allthough Fae reside everywhere, the sighted humans know better than to venture too far into the woods for fear of what the unrestrained Fae will do to them. 'Twixt Dusk and DawnEveningtime comes. The park closes, the lawn artists and street musicians have long since packed up and made their way to their homes in the city. The park is empty, besides the occasional blind security guard to keep the adolescent youth from causing trouble, the park belongs to the Fae. They dance on the lawns, chase each other through the trees and cause havoc for the park workers to find in the morning. Trees walk, selkies walk the shores and even the tanuki plays with the giggling nymphs. For those that can see the park is alive with the strange and beautiful. But who, if they could see, would ever want to behold such a sight?

Rhia-chan Things to do, Places to be?North
SouthAs you can see, the Eastern side is under the most human influence. Further west into the deep of the forest park is where the Summer Court gathers from Spring through Summer, and the Winter Court keeps diligent from Autumn through Winter.
Malkin Bowl A hot summer's evening, the clear blue skies turn first pink then black as the stars begin to appear in the slowly drifting night sky. Lights and music play into the air as the people gathered in the grassy meadow rise to their feet and dance to the music, faeries and humans swaying and moving to the rhythmn that echoes out of the tree-ringed theatre. With only the stars as a ceiling and colored lights splayed against the ground, it does not take much for magic to run wild.
Summer Fae can be found at Malkin Bowl at any time of year, attracted by the music and dance of the concerts that play there.
Siwash RockSiwash Rock is a stone of legends, with it's own history and beliefs behind it. No one -mortal at least- can be sure of it's origin, but the Faeries are willing to sell the answer, for a price. In the meantime, the rock holds some value for the unhuman, serving as a ritual ground and the place of all Royal Proclamations. The Vancouver Aquarium The Vancouver Aquarium is the largest aquarium in Canada, featuring aquatic animals, amphibians, reptiles, and tropical creatures of all shapes, sizes, and origins. Orcas, dolphins, jellyfish, crocodiles, turtles, toucans and sloths will have you dreaming of baby belugas in this almost entirely human-only attraction.
At least, human-only during the daytime.
The Hollow TreeHumans of course are blissfully unaware of the fact that the old hollow tree marks the enterance to Fae Under, not that they could ever get there if they tried. Every few years a child will wander into the centre of the tree, attracted by a presence that no one else seems to feel, and disappear forever to the mortal world.
