Rules;
-All raffles must have the winning number picked before the contest starts and sent to either me or one of my crew members NOT partaking in the raffle
-All contests must be fair
-If you say you are going to give a prize, at the end of the contest you must give the prize previously stated or a prize otherwise negotiated and agreed on by both the winning party and the host
