 Quote: Ghost Whisperer is a series that follows the life of Melinda Gordon, a young woman from the fictional town of Grandview who has the ability to see and communicate with the dead. Melinda lives with her husband Jim, and is the owner of an antique shop. Ghosts seek Melinda's help in relaying a message or completing a task that will put the spirit to rest, and allow them to cross over into The Light, a metaphor presented by the show as its conception of Heaven. I started watching the series in the middle of the first season and have tried my best to make sure I'm home on Friday nights at 8 to watch the show. I enjoy the different stories each ghost has and how Melinda tries to help. At times it can be quite humourous with her because she'll be talking to a ghost and people walk by her giving her strange looks. 8/10

I got excited when Syfy channel started playing episodes on Monday nights. Have a favorite character or ghost?

gosh it's been a while since it was on, so i've forgotten most of them ><
I like melinda in general. i thought the relationship between her and her grandma was really well done.
I love love love their shop *preeeeety*

Im halve way season one and all I do is cry lol! most of the stories really get me so far the only 2 that made me laugh are the one with the little boy that died in a car on a train track that one made me laugh cause the kid never did what they told him and tho i cried a lot when it came the part where she had to tell his family and such they really capture the pain of loosing a son at such a short age. the other one was the one with the twins dont know why but the ghost twin always made me laugh.

oh yes the twins! i liked that episode where she finally swims it.
always wondered how she got back if it was so hard to do.
and why she couldn't just rest by floating on her back.

I've seen all the season up to date and still cry (or in some cases laugh) at many episodes.
I'm curious about this one spirit I saw in the new season. She had pale skin, messy short black hair, a dark outfit....and the thing that drew me to her was that her mouth and eyes were sewed shut. She appeared at the end of the episode, it was about a chain letter with cartoon character that looked very much like her, so I don't know if she'll be back or not.

I dont know up to date cause I havent seen pass episode 8 I think of season 1, right now Im so cought up in so many series that I see them late like not Im seeing the last 3 episodes aired of supernatural and still havent start seeing the smallville new season I watch to many TV series and most of them make me cry lol! tho my favorite one so far and it doesnt make me cry is GLEE I love that serie
