I'm pretty sure I've read it somewhere but i can't seem to find it. What are common symptoms of depression? I'm thinking of seeing if I should go to the doctors or not and see.

I can't exactly list off the exact symptoms but recently I have found out by seeing doctors that Depression is at least with the Dr.s I have talked to is often the scapegoat among mental disorders, (ie. no idea what it really is, so depression is the best bet) and stuff like that. There is no end to the list of symptoms that some mental disorders share, so listing off every symptom to clinical depression could very well be close, but you could have something else like bipolar related moments of poor mood. I do know however that if you're feeling down all the time, or if you are feeling down after a trigger or no trigger. I would say that to be safe, if you're just down all of the time to see a doctor about it, if things set you off for extended periods of time or no triggers set you off into bouts of feeling bad for your self I would also see a doctor. If a list of symptoms are really something you want to see, a sticky in this guild has all of mental disorder info that you could ever need. Though (And I speak from experience) I would not look through it when you are in a "depressed" state of mind, because your mind can easily trap you into seeing every possible symptom as relatable.
Sorry if this post didn't help too much, but I know how wondering what is wrong with your mind goes man, and I wish you only the best of luck. though I can not stress the fact enough that doctors are always helpful. Though unless they specialise in mental areas you may be incorrectly diagnosed with something, so I suggest both biggrin
