"What they were doing was wrong. I don't see why they would hurt us. They were wrong." Fuere said clearly showing her naive and innocent views. Jacob shook his head wondering if she would ever learn. "Fuere they would hurt us if they could. Just because they were doing something you think is wrong doesn't mean they will realize it and never do it again. I wish it worked that way but it doesn't." He turned to Rushia before saying. "Take your time though. I wouldn't want you to reopen some of those gashes trying to hurry too fast. We are a good half day's travel from where that occured and several hills and many trees are between us. I am more worried about other things finding us then them. It is still possible but unlikely."

"Oh we...we don't relaly have a destination. Did I say that right JJ?" Fuere asked her human friend. "Yes Fue. You said it almost perfectly." The human replyed as he put his things away. "In this neck of the woods I have to be careful of other dragons because of all the fallen around here...and Fuere can't go near the villages without causing a small riot...so we are kinda stuck wandering and fending for ourselves...maybe when Fuere is older things can change but not yet." "Hey maybe we can form a clan with Rushia and the others?" Fuere suggested.

"From what little I know of dragons...a clan is like a family or community. AS far as I know at least." Jacob said as he took a seat on the ground. Tresire was over among the other dragons poking around and seeing if they wanted to talk yet. He would sometimes wander over to Fuere and then Rushia. He grinned and experimented with forming words and sounds as he moved about.
