Here the 11th division captain will mostly be stationed and is willing to deal with any request or complaint. You can come here either for a complaint, request or just for a role play. SettingUp several flights of stairs in the squad 11 barracks there is a long corridor and once a Shinigami walks down this long hallway will reach a wooden door with 11 division number on it. Upon entering the room there is a large desk facing the door where the captain would most likely be sitting in order to sort out any requests and finish paper work. This desk is all ordery and organised, not one thing is out of place on this table. To the left of the door is a large books case filled with countless books on a variety of topics. There are books from on "how to deal with Gillians, Arrancars and normal Hollows" to "How to cook the best cake within the soul society" and even books that this captain wouldn't seem to enjoy but every single book has been read throughout. There are also several plants around the office which are looked after from a day to day basis. Once someone comes into this room it would be clear that the captain is a very organised person. A further inspection of this captains room, a person would most likely get attracted to the multiple katanas around the room. There are several cases and within these cases are katanas. The case cover are almost all glass apart from one. There is one katana which is Yoshiezawa's favoured. The case is small and it is the only case that contains only one katana as all the others have more than one. This case is wooden and has no glass to cover to top. It has an open top. It is a relatively small Zanpaku-to but the sheath had a design on it, they looked some what like electrical surges. On the end of the sheath was a blue ribbon which hanged down out of the case.

Ryo strolled up to the door. Taking one hand out of his pocket he knocked twice and waited for Yoshi to allow him to enter. Upon entering Ryo would return his hand to his pocket and let the door close behind him. Walking slowly up to the desk in a comfortable manner, he looked around the room taking in every detail. Once at the desk he looked at Yoshi. "Hey, thought I'd drop by, I can see your making yourself at home." Ryo said, scanning the room once more, "Can I sit down?" He asked, but not waiting for an answer. This was probably the most Ryo had talked since he got here. Usually, a quiet person who kept to himself looked quite surly most of the time, Ryo had gotten bored of his own company (even shadows can get boring after a while) and, especially since his Lieutenant was out in the real world. Shifting slightly in his seat in order to get comfortable, Ryo took his hands out of his pocket and started tapping lightly on his knees returning to read the title of the books on the shelves.

Yoshi listened to the door tap twice but he only grunted not actually signifying anyone to come in. He heard the door squeaked open and his eyes squinted and his body cringed but his eyes were not taking off of his paper work. His head was buried within the paper work as a sweat fell off of his forehead and landed on the paper of which he was writing on. He then heard a rather friendly voice emit from in front of him which made a smile appear to his face. Yoshi lifted his head and let go of the quill that he was using to write He looked up at Ryo and tilted on his chair. "Oh hey Ryo and theres no need to ask for a seat just take one... not that you needed my approval to sit down...". Yoshi spoke with a friendly happy tone as he looked at Ryo. His eyes scanned this captain from head to toe looking at the main features of this person. Long brown spiky hair caught the attention of tihs captain. Yoshi's eyes seemed to be fixated on the hair. Yoshi shook his head and watched Ryo get up to look at the titles from the large book case that was stationed just behind him. "So Ryo, I never knew being a captain was so much hard work. I see the down sides of being a captain *Sigh* Well anyway Ryo how are you finding your squad? Heard anything from your Lt from the human world?".

Ryo was standing in a crouched position looking at the back of a particularly interesting book. Half listening to Yoshi. He replied shortly "Its good, and nope." He put the book back, thinking that he couldn't be bothered to read it and stood up again walking to the other side of the room. "I don't have much work to do to be honest." He said yawning, and noting the large amount of work on Yoshi's desk. "I finished it all. You do get a lot of work, as there's no Captain before you, you tend to find all that stuff welcoming you into the office. Anyway. Why don't you take a break...Let's spar...I haven't seen your bankai yet." Ryo said, putting his hands on the desk, an excited twinkle in his eye, his nose milimetres from Yoshi's. Ryo stood back up straight. He rarely fell into the urge of fighting, however the recent months had deprived him of much one on one fighting, and it was a long time (a couple of days he considers a long time) since he had brought his fellows out, training to not depend on them so much. "Ok?...Put the pen down you need a break." A sudden spike of shadow popped up over the desk attempting to seize the pen from Yoshi's hand. "Ill see you in my training grounds in half hour!" He called as he left the room with a small wave. The shadow appeared to zip under the door as it slammed, catching up to Ryo's own as he strolled back down the stairs, thinking up possible tactics and challenges he may face.

Yoshi was quite surprised at the friendliness of this captain as up until now Ryo had seemed to be a rather quiet and lonely captain and this sudden change in attitude cheered Yoshi up greatly. A smile crawled across his face but was soon whipped off due to the quick actions of Ryo. Yoshi smiled at the proposition that Ryo had gave and his grin further as he heard that Ryo, another captain, wanted to see his Bankai. Yoshi knew Ryo's Shikai to some degree due to fighting him once in their previous squad, squad 12, but didn't know his Bankai all too well. Soon after Ryo spoke s shadow jumped from one of the objects that was laying on the table and reached for the quill that was being held within his hand. Before reacting the quill was snatched from his hands and placed back on to the table. asking a question and before even letting him give an answer, he leaves. Yoshi felt rather lost for options. Yoshi's eyes drifted down towards the pen that was recklessly thrown onto the floor by Ryo's shadow and he replaced it neatly. Yoshi watched the shadow close the door and he gave a slight chuckle. He got off the chair of which he was sitting on and walked towards the door. He grabbed his captain uniform and walked out the door. He wasn't due to the training grounds of Ryo's squad for a while but he wanted a brisk walk anyway.
