Transvaal shook her head a bit to clear it and untangled herself from Spire. She moved each leg, her neck, and her tail to assess any injuries. Smiled, she reassured Spire that she was fine. "Yup, I'm okay, everything still works. And you're it!" She races off around the house again.
Agatha glanced over at the bubble that Dee had. She knew that bubbles and chibis sometimes chose 'people' in Almahat to stay with, but she'd never seen one before in person, only heard about them. She laid down on the ground so Kimi could climb up more easily. "Yeah, they are definitely cuties. Maybe someday I'll be lucky enough to have one choose me," she said somewhat wistfully.
Rakiba looked up at the other drake coming over. "Mermaids singing?" he asked.

Dierdre turned back to Rakiba with a bit of reluctance to answer his question. Morbus was over there somewhere, and she was ever so excited to see him. But it was rude to leave mid conversation, and it was a nice conversation. Maybe he was on his way over? She hoped so.
"Yes, the mermaids like to sing, and they love an audience. Have you been to the sea?" she asked, tilting her head. She hadn't been until she bonded with Rime. Travel with the silver-haired woman was much easier and faster than it was by herself, or even with Teroise's help.
Teroise nodded. "They seem to show up in groups, from what I can tell. But, maybe it's because they're such friendly little girls, they like to stick together." He rolled his shoulders in a shrug, because it really was just a guess, and he didn't want to appear like he was being a know-it-all.
Kimi, meanwhile, had taken the opportunity to clamber up Agatha's shoulder to sit on her back triumphantly. She reached her tiny hand out to pet Agatha's leafy wings gently.
Spire grinned as Transvaal said she was fine, then scrambled after the other as the red dracling took off, not having expected the game to be on again so soon. Spire charged after the other, skidding around the corners as she went.
"I'm gonna get you!" she cried, laughing.

Blue brightened when she saw the others, giving a little wave as she straightened her outfit and waited by the tables.
"Hello, everyone! Welcome to the party!" She smiled as she waved around her, the setting darkening to that unique half-darkness that's best on Hallween, pumpkin shaped lanted lighting up where they hung in the trees and from stands around the edges of the clearing before her house.
"I see you all made it okay. Its great to see you all. I have someone for you to meet, but I think he's being antisocial right now." The halfling chuckled at her joke, though there was a hint of something about her that could only help but remind everyone of what she'd lost. Still, she did seem a good deal better, her hint of sadness better than the soul shattering despair she'd shown before the shop closing.
"Please, come enjoy yourselves! We've got games and food, and we're all friends here."

Mouse's smile dimmed a bit as she watched Blue move around. The other woman wasn't quite the way she remembered. And she thought that she could guess a reason why, but it wasn't her place to bring it up.
The green haired woman moved over toward the tables. To her amusement, Morbus had made a beeline towards the dragon that Dierdre had grown into. It seemed the world was turning and moving on while she stayed behind as usual.
"Need any help over here?" she asked Blue.
Morbus watched Dierdre interact with the dracling, discussing the habits of mermaids. It was interesting, since he'd never actually spent much time around creatures as beautiful as they - he felt too out of place near them.
But Dierdre was having a conversation with the dracling, and he didn't have a right to interrupt, did he? But he hadn't even said hello...surely that was okay? He didn't want to make a bad impression.
"Hello Dierdre," he called to her softly, reaching out with his skeletal hand to touch her head in greeting, a movement he'd formerly done with his own head. He desperately hoped she didn't hate his new form.

Ice ran toward the cottage she had hardly slept lately due to various things in her life, and was glad to get away and see her dragon companions. Angelina flapped her wings behind ice trying to keep up with the girl. "We have to hurry Angelina." Ice told the little drackling. "Winter told me everything's already started."
"I'm trying." she said Angelina tried to flap faster Angelina was fastest in the air... if she tried to slither on the ground.. well lets just say that wasn't happening.
Ice stopped and smiled "Here let me carry you." She offered. Angelina promptly landed gracefully in Ice's arms as Ice began to run toward the house again.
Winter and Djin had already arrived at the house and where waiting for their dreamer.
Djin walked toward Teroise. Teroise was the only other dragon that was un bothered by Djin's heat since he was fire aligned like the elemental. And besides Winters' cold had been growing stronger each day and he had to stand far enough away from the god just to keep his fires lit.
Winter stood by the edge of the trees waiting for his dreamer. There was frost wherever the god stepped and a light snow started falling to the ground. Djin had already left his presence.. the fire elemental was far too hot to be around him melting everything he covered in snow.

Transvaal continued to race around the house, delighted with having someone to play games with. She stepped away further from the house and slowed as she saw the other dream dragons and their dreamers approaching the house. She watched them curiously, wondering if there were any others that might like to join in on their games.
Rakiba listened intently to Deirdre, wondering what it would be like to listen to the mermaids sing. It sounds like something one should hear. "I've never been to the sea yet. But it sounds like some place I should definitely seek out. Maybe we could go together sometime and you could show me the best parts?" He started a little when Morbus came up and touched Dee. Rakiba waited for Dee to introduce them. She must know this drake if he was familiar enough with her to just walk up and touch her head.
Agatha smiled at Kimi's antics, swiveling her head around as she heard some commotion coming towards the cottage. There was quite the flamey looking drake coming their way.
Lessa's eyes lit up as Blue mentioned games. She made herself a plate of food and enjoyed it while rime and mouse talked with Blue.

Spire saw her chance as Transvaal slowed, and leaned into her steps, bunching for a leap, and landing just behind the other dracling, reaching out a foot to tag the red dracling on her rump with a crow of triumph, starting to shout "Tag, you're it!" before she even landed her touch. She had yet to notice the other approaching dragons and dreamers.
"If you would like to come with me when I go next time, you're welcome to. As long as your dreamer doesn't mind, I guess. The mermaids always like to sing to new visitors," the blind drake said, pleased that Rakiba would want to share one of her passtimes.
As she spoke, Dierdre heard the footsteps approaching, but they didn't match with who she was expecting, and she sighed a little inwardly. Still, more company was always appreciated, for she who still disliked solitude. However, it was only the familiar voice that kept her from freezing when she felt an unfamiliar hand touch her head.
Instead, she turned her head into the touch, and asked, both hopeful and confused, "Morbus? Is.. is that really you?"
Teroise had noticed the fiery Djin on his way over, and raised his head in welcome.
"Djin! Hello! I'm glad to see you here. This is Agatha, Rakiba and Transvaal, and you remember Dierdre?" he asked, introducing the two newer dragons and reintroducing Dierdre, since he didn't recall Djin having seen Dierdre after she grew.
"Agatha, this is Djin. Oh, right, maybe you should be on this side?" Teroise asked, indicating that Djin be on the opposite side from the flower-like Agatha.
Rime smiled as the clearing transformed itself, and then looked back at Blue. Yes, she wasn't the same, but how could she be? She seemed far more whole than she had been, however. Rime tilted her head a bit, puzzled at the mention of someone new.
She couldn't mean...? the silver-haired woman thought, then shook her head gently. Well, it would all be revealed in time, and she wouldn't pester her friend with questions.
"You've outdone yourself on decorations this year, Blue," Rime complemented her, and raised a glass to her lips, taking a sip. It was then that she noticed Winter and Djin, and looked around for Ice, though she wasn't in view.
"Winter? Where is Ice? Is she alright?" Rime asked.

Blue laughed as she flapped a hand at Mouse, shooing her away from her offer of help.
"Not like its a lot of work to think everything into being, but thanks for the gesture. I think right now its mostly making sure everyone knows everyone else, but that's really what the party's for anyway." She glanced at Morbus and Dierdre and smiled before she turned to take up a glass of pumpkin juice, present here despite its harry potter cliche.
She smiled brightly at Rime's complement and raised her glass to her. "Thank you. I had a lot of time to think about what all should go up for the party, so its more a product of lots of planning than anything." The half-dragon glanced at the draclings that played about them, her tail curling around her ankles. "I've been wanting to see all the new dragons too, and this seems the perfect opportunity to do so, as well as introduce my own."
She gave a sheepish look to the others, her hands wrapped tightly around her goblet. "I couldn't be a very good shopkeeper if I couldn't supervise all of you here in Almahat, so I had to drink one of my own potions, finally. It took a bit to screw up my courage, but now I have a new companion to bring me here... and speak of the devil, here's my Azrael." She stepped to the side to reveal the small, dark dracling that seemed to have appeared behind her, his head lowered and a brooking expression on his face. The only light part about him, it seemed, were his delicate fairy wings. He blinked as she revealed him, gave a long look at the other dreamers, then turned his head to the side to avert his gaze, apparently sullen about something.

"All right then," the woman replied agreeably enough as Blue waved her off. Her eyes narrowed as the half-dragon continued on, neatly sidestepping the subject of her previous partner. But...clearly Blue didn't want to mention that, and so Mouse would respect her wishes.
She eyed the dracling curiously for a moment before responding. "Why...Blue!" she exclaimed, but couldn't finish the thought, so she turned to the dracling. "Azrael, eh? Aren't you the handsome young dragon?" She smiled at him, but she was still worried. Blue and Azrael didn't seem to have the relationship that the shopkeeper needed yet.
Morbus' skull face gaped in a grin that he knew Dierdre couldn't see as she responded to him. "It is indeed - I am glad you recognize my voice if nothing else!" His joke was a bit strained...he desperately hoped she wasn't disappointed in this physical change.
"Do you...remember the orbs given by Kapu Ahi? They...that...is what worked this change upon me." He was uncomfortable and the watching stranger-dracling made things even worse. This was hardly the reunion he'd imagined.

Djin made his way to the opposite side of Teroise without a word at first. "As Teroise said I am Djin the elemental of fire." he looked at the pair of dragons he hadn't met before. A flower dragon..or at least she seemed that way. She was a dragon that held the essence of a flower Djin decided after a light nod in greeting. "Dierdre I remember of course, she's grown I see." he answered Teroise." he looked down at the dracling but it seemed the dracling was more concerned with playing with Spire.
Winter gave a slow nod of one of his heads at rime while the other was still watching for the dreamer. "He's alright, she's just late Angelina is with her so there's nothing to worry about." Winter told rime. Even if there was Winter would know about it and have been gone to help a long time ago.
Sure enough Ice came running into the clearing she stopped beside Winter breathing heavily clutching Angelina in her arms.
"You can let me go now."Angelina said spreading her large white wings.
"Right," Ice huffed letting Angelina flap from her arms. Ice smiled at Rime and Winter. "Thanks for waiting for me Winter." she smiled at the dragon "We'd better get going I hope we haven't missed anything..." she smiled at Rime.
Winter chuckled "There is a surprise waiting inside the cottage." the lesser god hinted.
Ice gave him a suspicious look.

Transvaal gave a jump as Spire caught up and tagged her, but her eyes remained fixed on the newcomers. She had never seen a fire elemental before. She vaguely heard Teroise introduce her and had the good sense to nod her head while still gaping in awe.
Rakiba was going to make a reply, but then Morbus appeared and took Dee's attention with him. He waited to see if the conversation would include the three of them now or if he'd be left to the side like some third wheel.
Lessa looked up as Rime asked about Ice. She smiled to know that another person was coming to the gathering. She turned back to the small crowd gathered by the cottage as Blue introduced her dream dragon. He was quite striking.
Agatha nodded her head with a "pleased to meet you."

Spire tilted her head curiously at Transvaal's non-reaction, and let her gaze follow over to Djin. Then she gaped as well, since she had never met him, either. He was covered in fire, and he seemed to know Ter...
"Let's go meet 'em!" she said excitedly to her new friend. But, as she started to move, she saw another dracling arriving, in the arms of another girl. Now there were lots of people and dragons here, and she didn't know which one to go meet first! And there was suddenly food around... oh, the choices!
Dierdre leaned her head into Morbus' hand, all disappointment and confusion suddenly swept away, and she smiled gently.
"The orbs? I know them. I didn't know they'd do this... But, you're still you. I'm so glad you're here, I was waiting for you!" she said, and then remembered Rakiba.
"Oh! I'm sorry..." she said, and ducked her head behind her mane as she introduced them, shyly. "This is Rakiba. Rakiba, this is Morbus. I've known him for a long time." A tone of warmth crept into her voice.
Teroise kept one ear on Dierdre's conversation with Morbus and Rakiba, but most of his attention was on his own little group. Once the introductions were over, his attention was captured by the arrival of Ice.
"Well, that seems to be most of the regular group, now that you're all here," Ter said to Djin, then wondered, including Agatha in the question, "Do you think anyone else will show up? I know there's more dreamers and dragons."
Kimi chose this moment, from her perch atop Agatha, to wave cheerfully at Djin, though she knew better than to touch him. He was friends with her Ter, so she liked him a lot.
Rime's eyes widened at the revelation of the new dracling, and she joined Mouse in exclaiming over him for a moment until he turned his gaze away.
I suppose we should give it time. All people and dragons are different, and we can't expect wounds to heal so quickly, the silver haired woman thought, and renewed the smile which had faded slightly at that action.
What was important was giving Blue their support.

Blue shrugged sheepishly as Azrael gave Mouse a frowning look then looked away, switching his tail. Antisocial was just one of the ways to describe the little dracling and Blue knew it well.
"I couldn't very well get into the dream world without a dragon... and little Azrael is the one who answered." She smiled, hoping to reassure the dreamers that she had made the right decision by replacing Rafael. Part of her still hurt, raw edged and sharp, but the connection with the dracling helped to ease the pain, a little. She was sure she'd never feel completely whole again, but it was better than before.
"He's just not a people person. He prefers playing by himself." She said sheepishly, poking the dracling with a foot so he'd look up again, tough the look was no less frowny than before.
