I need good idea's for a Pre-show pep talk.
I would do the Usual "Band What Is Your Profession!"
but the freshmen are less then loud.
I really want tomorrow to go well and for the band to be stoked while marching.
I always want to keep their energy up through out the show
any good tips?
Any "dont's"

Get up where everybody can see you, get everybody really quiet, say "Don't suck." and then leave.
