Codename: * Name you will be called during missions. MUST be included and used. *

* First weapons will be choosen by your leader except the melee. *

Primary Weapon 1: * Two-handed weapon. No large weapons or destructive.*

Primary Weapon 2: * Same goes for Primary one. Must be silenced. *

Secondary Weapon: * One handed weapon. Must be not too destructive, swift, and single-shot unless permitted by special properties by a mission. Meaning you earned that weapon. *

Melee Weapon: * One-handed weapon that is under 10-inches and has no projectile capabilities. Unlike the others, this is not a military weapon and is the user's chosen weapon. Can't be shared but personal weapon can be chosen. By share, I mean shared military wise. *

Special Weapon: * Weapon that does not abide to weapon rules. Must be earned. *

Side: * City and Moral *

Specialty: * What you wish to do in the field. Medic, technician, ect... *

Ability 1: * What special power or thing you can do involving your specialty. *

Ability 2: * Same goes like Ability 1. *

Ability 3: * Same goes like Ability 1. *

Specialty Items: * Items for your specialty. Must be or under 5 items. Must involve your specialty and can be used for such. *

Rank: * In the guild. Leader, whatever... *


* Support: During some missions, you will need to use a vehicle.
You can choose which support your domain is. Only two different terrain vehicles. Can only be used on special missions or special occasions. Please not that vehicles must contain a weakness from a weapon. *

* Please include Photo with vehicle. *
Vehicle One: * Must be land, air, or sea. Can't be the same as two. *

Vehicle Two: * Must be land, air, or sea and different from one. *

Vehicle One's weakness: * What can destroy your vehicle? *

Vehicle Two's weakness: * Same as one. *

Main RPC Appearance: * Main RPC photo. *

Second RPC Appearance: * May be included if wanted. *

Uniform: * Standardized uniform issued by your Leader. *

Partner: * A person you will choose on special missions needing 2 people. Must be included in your good relationship status. Choose someone you would WANT to be a partner with. You can choose three partner pairs.
EX:
1. Jetsaw
2. Alureah
3. Kuroshi *

Squads: * You are assigned with a certain amount of people in a squad, which is 1-5 of your choice. You have to name this squad, as well.
BUT, you can have more then one Squad, making a variety of squads.
During missions, you will sometimes have the choice of the squad you want to take with you. Other times, your city leader will choose your squad by personal decision OR by comparing how many missions you have been on and how many missions you have lost/completed.
Include a Squad color and/or symbol. *


Relationship with someone: * This shows if you are in a relationship with any RPC. This can vary your actions with such character and improves performance during missions with such person. Can be same gender or other gender. It can be real-life relationship or just fake, just for the romance and bonuses. Must include name of person.
The relationships you may include are friendships or other. *

Theme Song: * What song makes your character the most badass thing on the planet? When you ever find a moment where your theme song is PERFECT for the descriptive area, post the link and make you and your foes listen to it to show that you mean business, and this business is righteous!!! If song is listed, it must be listened to to add effect to the fight. *
