If you're worried you wouldn't be able to explain
the idea clearly. You could base how the factions run by
how much interest there would be in them.

Perhaps official threads for each of the three main men, one for the others?
Might be handy when needing to know little snippets about the guys without having to clutter the board up with loads of random little questions.
