well, first I think you should always sign your work.
also, If a photo is edited or not, I don't think it really matters. Its great that you got a good shot! If people accuse you of editing it, does it really matter if you know that you didn't? (this is assuming its a random gaian, not like a gallery director or a customer, or someone whos opinion actually matters)
also, could you post the picture, or link it or something so we can see it?

hmm... Personally, I don't think that photographs are strong enough aesthetically to support a signature on the front. I really like the colors in the flower picture!

They're pretty but if you're putting your name on the front, don't put it in a box. Just lay it right on there like I do wink  I'd like to also suggest when shooting flowers, try to either fill the frame completely or get all of the petals completely in frame.

phoenix, I really like how you use a color for your signature that is already in the pallet for the photo so its not super distracting. heart
