My main plan for today, if I had stick to the schedule was to just read chapter 4 of the book I have to read for a particular subject.
But instead I decided to print out all the lecture slides from week 3 (this week) to the end of term. Week 12 which is mid December.
I only have all the lecture slides for 2/5(? might be 6) modules. So I did that. And also I decded to print out all my seminar journals/reading/work which I have.
It was 'suppose' to be easy and I could have done that whilst reading. But...
It took me lieteraly the whole fricking day just to do that!
Firstly, I could NOT find the journal I was suppose to read which is going to be in the assessment next week. They gave me the web link but it does NOT work. So I skipped that. I emailed someone in my course to see if they can help. Still waiting a reply.
Secondly, my printer kept jamming after 3 pages. So I had to keep turning it off, take out the screwed up paper, open it and restart/continue printing.
Third, I had a afternoon lecture so I had to run out for 2 hours.
Fourth, some the journals were 25-30pgs long and some there are more than 1 journal to read.
Fifth, the university's database whatever keeps um...crashing? Or just having problems from time to time.
Sixth, you need to login with the uni username etc, and go through the uni's library web site to find the journal and sometime it keeps going to an error page which means I have to retype all the passwords, username, find the volume, dates, name blah blah blah.
Seventh, not only the uni's system was being silly. I have trouble with my own internet occasionally. And today was not good day.
Eigth, Cant the tutors or whoever in charge of writing down what we needed to read each week, made it easier to find what we suppose to read. Some modules are straightforward. Others, I had to go through 20 times just to find what I needed and I still dont think I got it all.
Eh. There were probably others things that annoyed me but I cant think of anything else at the moment.
I FINALLY finish printing everything. (Unless I miss something)
It's nearly 8pm. And I still got chapter 4 to read....I also need to go watch all the boring video that I suppose to watch. I watch 2 or them. And they did not go into my brain at all.
Im really tired. And eating all the sweets today just made me even more tired....

Guh, i know how you feel.
Thanks to our wonderful connection here, i don't think i managed to get my second math assignment in on time. DX I was panicking and tried sending it to my own computer because it's hooked up to an ethernet cord, but we use the 2007 version of word, while my desktop only has 2003, which means it wouldn't read.
And who the HELL puts an 'are you sure' button on an assignment hand-in page?

My Friend Grimm Guh, i know how you feel. Thanks to our wonderful connection here, i don't think i managed to get my second math assignment in on time. DX I was panicking and tried sending it to my own computer because it's hooked up to an ethernet cord, but we use the 2007 version of word, while my desktop only has 2003, which means it wouldn't read. And who the HELL puts an 'are you sure' button on an assignment hand-in page? lol! I think I have 2004? Or something other than 2007. So I cant save most of my lecture slides. I only barely thought of a way to print the thing. I almost ended up leaving it and go to the library to print it which cost. I hate 2007. I cant even copy it on to my version. I suppose they want people to check (Like that would ever happen) to make sure they handing in the right thing. Though like most, I just absentmindedly hit the "yes" button.
