Okay, so I'm so sick of this girl that lives on my street. She's always asking me to sit with her on the bus or to go hang out with her. She's also the reason i cant hang out with one of my best friends. I dont have the guts to tell her I hate her and even if I did she wouldnt believe me. Any ideas on how to get rid of this annoying brat?

My family is totally dysfunctional and my friends ignore me and steal from me so in other words, I'm pissed as hell and have anger issues and I want to slit myself into oblivion.

Scare the hell out of her and laugh it off later so you won't feel bad. And when she keeps coming up to you, bring up little momentum's of what you did to her. Sounds sorta like how I felt about my neighbor when I first met him... I just kinda made excuses as to why I couldn't do stuff. I can't remember how well that worked... but... If anything, if you haven't already, give it a chance. I did, and he ended up being the keyboard-er in my band.
