I was wondering if anyone here uses any of the sophisticated excercise equipment (or even the more basic, for that matter). I just got a new treadmill today, though one without all the bells and whistles (the Proform 480e) and am anxious to try it out. I know some include ipod docks, several different settings for exercise options, better shock absorbing features, etc., but I didn't really think it was necessary to have all that right now. What are everyone else's thoughts on the topic?
